good im not the only one who is thinking about how much more money 343 would probably make and, since their trying to keep players in halo 5 for a while, this would be a very efficient way of both getting new people and old people to come to halo 5 and stay for a long while
Giving up is not my intent. There are so many things I Want from 343 that I know they can do but yet they ignore us and don’t want to put the effort into. I might sound like a grumpy teacher but that’s because I’m confident in this.
We need this, till the day we get what we want we will continue to press what we want until we get what we want. Someone in 343 needs to answer our call.

It’s still going because people care about playable Elites. Because not everyone wants to play the knight in shining armor.
> Different hitboxes? Put them in exclusive playlists like Elite Slayer or Invasion and give us the options in Custom Games to re-live the glory days.
An Elite playlist is workable in my book. but mix up in custom games. Other wise make Elites playable in everything but arena/MLG playlists. (most of the competitive/MLG/area crowd will spend 24/7 on those playlists anyway.
343 said that they never added playable Elites into Halo 5’s multiplayer due to a lack of time and possibly resources (don’t remember for certain). It was never a canon reason because it can be explained quite well how they can be in Halo’s multiplayer. The Anvil project.
Anyway, with all of these months going by, there has to be SOME people working on makes Elites playable in Halo 5’s multiplayer. They have the time and resources to do it now and while I do agree that adding the Halo One Pistol was great, I think adding playable Elites is more important.
With the Memories of Reach update coming in between late April to late May, we might be able to not only expect playable Elites in Warzone and maybe Social Arena Playlists, but maybe even the return of the Invasion game mode from Halo: Reach as well (Warzone: Invasion anybody?). Ladies and gentlemen, we may only have to wait a couple of months for playable Elites, then the 4 year wait will FINALLY be over!

Adding elites or a cosmetic character won’t make people buy the game, it’s kind of bad if people buy games due to a character skin over how the game itself actually plays and what it’s story is about.
Mufti, I’m not vs adding elites but half you people seem to think they’d be game changers if they were added. I’ll just lol at that as playing as a Spartan isn’t what defines halo. It’s the story and how it plays, not the race we play as.

> Halo Online will have playable elites I think. It also takes place in a War Games simulator aboard Anvil Station.
And it’s only available to not even 1/4th of the halo community, gg.
They would be able to add so much more diversity!
Besides, it would broaden player skill range, as elites are bigger and have bigger hit-boxes.
They even said why they would not add elites to halo 5, saying it would seem awkward to see an elite do a ground pound. although, it would not seem awkward at all.

We’re really passionate about the elites. We wanted to play as them since CE, got that wish fulfilled and then stripped away from us. Their removal is like a Halo without the Br for us.
before that balance excuse is tossed in consider the following.
the combat harness is what made them hunch over. (they can tweek it so that the head location is the same as the spartan head
not all elites are 8ft. We can just be playing as younger elites that are 7ft
in universe this is a thing so +1 immersion/ Mp is canon, spartan-elite training is a thing, there’s no excuse.
It would have made so much sense to have elites in Halo 5’s multiplayer. Maybe they were not included because elites are currently busy with their civil war, but that means that they should be in Halo 6.
