That has been a pretty constant rumor, but without any source unfortunately doesn’t mean much.
Can anyone note the sheer irony that 343i and Killer Instinct were able to get the Arbiter in that game, and still can’t put elites in multiplayer?

Yap goes to show that 343 could care less about elites just look at how jul was killed my opinion
I’d actually prefer it like 343 seems to prefer it. Add them in the game but ban them from ranked. And at the same time they can then be even more distinct and cool for custome games or WZ maybe.

that would make a solution. Make elites playable, and let them be on social gamretypes. which I think works out since most competitive players will spend 24/7 on the ranked play;lists anyway.

I felt the irony once i saw that SoS elites are red. They literally have everything needed to make elites playable again even if it is only in warzone.
We want Elites!!!

I really enjoyed playing as elites in previous halo games but I won’t hold out hope for them being playable in the future.

My points exactly. Halo 5 won’t have them as DLC. Halo 6 is the way to go.
I am a fellow elite fan and would be happy if sangheili came back most of my bloodline members are still holding on to reach 343 is making a very big corrprit mistake by taking away half the community but it’s nice to see fellow sangheili enthusiasts

I’m waiting for reach to work in installation so I can play it.
Still I do wish they were playable in H5 but 6 is all we can do.

Honestly if halo 6 doesn’t have anything crazy innovated like warzone, I won’t get it, no playable elites is stupid.
Im so tired of them ignoring us, this thread has been around forever, and they know it exists, but they’re to selfish to just give us what we’ve been begging for.
They’ve made millions of dollars from req packs, and they can’t just spend a small portion of their budget to give us what we want, I want to like 343 but they’re making it hard.
Halo 5 has been a huge disappointment, a giant improvement from halo 4 however, it sill lacks a ridiculous amount of content, no BTB official maps, half the arena maps are just remakes, no outdoor arena maps, all indoor/bland colorless maps, no playable elites, and only 4 warzone maps. I want to like to this game but they’re really making it hard for me too.
343, give us what we’ve been begging for. It’s been to long and you can’t ignore us forever, not everyone thinks Spartans are the coolest greatest things ever, some of us prefer elites. There’s no reason to not allow us to be them.

Rightly said, we need them in Halo again. And it’s getting more disappointing that they continue to make Spartan Armours that constantly when I can’t even catch up to what’s been released before any updates. Yet they can’t simply rig, code and copy animations from reach so they can add elites.
We know they saw the “pve warzone make it happen” thread so they better have seen this I mean really it’s been on the front page nearly everyday since '12
