Splinter Cell Pandorra Tomorrow (a 2004 game) does have a canon multiplayer (and that’s the first in the serie to include a multiplayer too) .
If 343 want a canon multiplayer and playable Elites, they can.
I would love playable Elites. They look cool, and would be great for machinimas. Also, it is canon to have playable Elites because of the alliance with Swords of Sangheilios.
Basically if 343 were to add Elites to Halo 5, we’d get the armour and such. But there should be more to just the armour of your Elite. In Shadow of Intent Rtas Vadum has a female Sangheili on his ship, and it’d be pretty cool if we could change the gender of our Elites. The way you could tell the difference is by the roar they make and body shape. For customizing your Elite to perfection, you could change the skin colour (light or dark) and change the eye colour as well. You can unlock armour from REQ packs as well for your Elite, common to Legendary, a Legendary piece of armour would be the Arbiters armour which would be Mythic. Elites can be in all game modes and there can be a special Warzone map ( My friend had this idea) Where the Elites are defending a ship and the Spartans come in by Pelican and have to attack the ship and try to destroy the core. The game would win, if the Spartans won, the’y be running back to the Pelicans while the ship is blowing up and if the Elites won, they’d slaughter the Spartans with Storm rifles and Energy Swords while blowing up their Pelicans. Who wants this to happen! (All of it)

It’s just Invasion at this point, while this gametype can work without loadouts, it’s better with them enabled.

That’s a good option. Most of these competitive people who fear the hitboxes will be spending virtually all their time playing completive online games anyway.

Yeah, but that game has gone nowhere since the files were leaked. From my experience it’s actually really fun. Having Sanghieli playable in multiplayer is a must for Halo.

They could just make all the sweaty playlists (Arena basically) Spartan only and have Sangheili in the Social playlists and Customs.

And please, get over the competitive stuff, it’s annoying, you try hards can get over it, all they have to do is give us social/customs.

Simmer down, and don’t take it so personally. And it’s a little hypocritical to say “people have different opinions”, and then go “get over your opinion, it’s annoying”. And I actually agree with your side of the argument by the way. His question about the thread has nothing to do with anyone’s opinion. Check again the size and age of this thread.
OP hasn’t even posted on this forum for well over two years.
They should have a place in the competitive ‘stuff’ anyway, how they don’t make Spartans Vs. Elites where you have all playlist, teams are just species only.
