A little sad that Reach is kind of our best option right now isn’t it? Well, at least until Halo Online goes international. if that even happens anyway.

Sang is good, as this is also my RS account name so most people call me Sang on there or SheSang.

Reach in my opinion was the perfect halo ever made! I came from H1 and 2 (totally loved those games) but Reach was absolutely incredible when it came out 5 years ago! Re-playing reach in november is my goal more than buying halo 5 this year.
Don’t get me wrong, halo 5 looks amazing but in reach i experienced the meaning of PURE fun on console with friends (custom games, split-screen, spartan vs elites, zombies etc…).
I just can’t…wait!!

My apologies. It appears we may have had a bit of a misunderstanding. I love Reach too. In fact it holds the number two spot on my list of favorite Halo titles. I’m just a little upset that we have to settle for a past game in order to get what we should have on the next gen titles.
Alright, while most of us plan to skip Halo 5 as far as I can tell. I do recommend to at least read Halo: Hunters in the Dark if you haven’t already. Its was pretty damn good to read, and brings back our favorite Player 3 and 4 characters from Halo 3: Usze and N’tho.
I ain’t gonna spoil or continue on anything else. But it was damn good.

I heard that it does make since canon wise that elites can do simulations with Spartans because i think there was a program where both of them trained against each outer or something like that. #Bringbackelites

I loved elites with a burning passion, I’d love to see them again.

You and I both. Sigh… I remember I cried when I first heard Sangheili were not playable in Halo 4. My older brother laughed at me, calling me a baby and gloating about how Elites suck and Halo is for Spartans only. I wanted to punch him but he benches 215x6. Halo is for everyone: Spartan fans, Elite lovers, Brutes sympathizers, Grunt zealots, even little kids that don’t know how to play. Sadly, Halo 5 will not be. It will only be for those who 100% bow to 343 , or those who’ve given up and surrendered. I won’t surrender. I’ll wait until Elites are fully playable before I buy an Xbox One or a new Halo game. That’s my opinion though.
Elites can’t be playable to be a Canon experience you say?
343 has confirmed the Project ANVIL where both humans and Elite work together, they’ve even started confirming Halo 2-3 were simulations with Spartans and Sangheili training together by simulation…
343 Industries just doesn’t wish to take the time to create new character assets and programming, even when they’ve had several years to do so.
They are just being lazy but working enough to get played, prove me wrong guys, I dare you.
The idea that elites shouldn’t be playable in multiplayer due to canonical incompatibility is laughable.
Why should multiplayer be cannon? Who cares?
Fans want it. Add it. Stop making excuses.
