I hope that’s sarcasm because Elites are a crucial part of Halo and they have been playable since Halo 2, all the way up to Halo: Reach. I loved playing as an Elite in all the Spartan/Elite Halo games because Elites are freaking bad -Yoink-. They look super cool and they’re master swordsman, etc.

Total hypocrite here, I was against this way back but in the MCC I play as Elite when selectable so that my friends complain about my fat Elite getting in the way. I would be surprised if H5G has Elites in MP since 343i seems to have an agenda to distance Halo away from things like Firefight, Invasion and playable Elites.

Foolish Heretic! I’d like to hear some example that proof that Sangheilies are dirty. Elites are noble race.
as I said, lets not let ourselves be hindered. Focus. IF we need to prove that elites can still provide some good game mechanics without hurting the game, then by all means let us present them with one.

Not a single elite was blinded by arrogance, they were blind folded by duty. The second the Truth came out, the elites took about 3 seconds to think about it and figured out they’ve been living a lie.

Anywho, bringing in the elites into halo 2 was probably the best thing to happen to the franchises multiplayer IMO. This provided a diversity on the battle field that no other game could compare or even surpass. In Halo 3 as well, except they added the diversity to Spartans AND elites, which then emphasized us to be different. Elites helped not only halo games but all games with clans. People who played as elites joined together to form their own unique group. They also brought in weapons as well such as the energy sword. And to all those out there who loved invasion, it would have been nothing without the elites. If invasion was spartan vs spartan, it would complete ruin the purpose of invasion. The community as a whole, needs the elites back in halo 5.
