If elites are not playable in Halo 5, I’m done. You can’t bring the Arbiter back and then not add playable elites.

Agreed on that. If Halo 5 doesn’t have them then this is one Halo I will have to miss.

Besides, I gave Halo 4 a chance because my friends wouldn’t want to feel bummed and I did this and thought that maybe elites will be added in Halo 5 so if they can do that, then I’ll gladly pre-order it.

That’s the trend. Every Halo game that features the Arbiter has playable Elites (so far.) In Halo games that’s usually the case when they do.

So, fingers crossed :stuck_out_tongue:

WHOA I JUST CAME INTO THIS FORUM and wow I didn’t suspect to see a forum made back in 2012 wow

And I hope both new covenant and heritic elites are added in matchmaking like there can be like 2 invasion game types like

  • Spartans vs the covenant- Heretics vs covenant

And one game without him, if you count Reach. Hopefully Arbiter being involved means their return.

Edit: Well, it is his fleet, but he doesn’t have an actual appearance.

And here’s to another 3 years! And hopefully in those years we shan’t be begging for the inclusion of Sangheili player models.

I said it in another post. I believe that the new armors they used for H2A elites are a test for the elites in H5 multiplayer because they di not just remade the armors in hd, they included new ones

That would make sense, too. The H2A MP Elites don’t have much context… They never appeared in the campaign, or as any of the permutations in Halo 4’s campaign, so that would be a very good explanation.

This gave me a lot of hope, I really hope its true.

I’m wondering if there are going to be any heretics that are going to surface since the Human-Covenant war is over. It could be a group of covert Sangheili heretics who went to help humanity in order to keep the extinction of all sentient life in the galaxy from occurring. They could have easily stayed among the ranks of the covenant informing ONI of any information they could gather. That could be one group, but there’s probably a bunch more.

What covenant? The old one doesn’t exist anymore, there are at least a hundred different groups, all claiming to be the true Covenant. Those who wish to have peace with humanity are propably with Swords of Sanghelios. The other known groups are mainly extremists, most don’t even threaten humanity outside terrorism. They don’t have significant military strength.

And why would they be reporting to ONI of all things? ONI supplied conservative remnants to fuel the civil war among sangheili. They aren’t interested in anything except for keeping the covenant remnants weak so that humans can be on the top. An Elite who works with them directly would essentially be betraying their own race.

It just doesn’t feel like halo if theres no aliens in multiplayer.

really i would like see sangheilis in matchmaking, would be interesting to see spartan abilities in elites lol

Doesn’t matter much now which covenant it is. It’s the fact any of the split factions of the old covenant don’t have the same power they did before and now larger groups of the heretics can surface from hiding without fear of being eradicated, unless their intentions are to attack humanity. For the covert Sangheili the heretics we fight in Halo 2 are told of the true purpose of the Halo rings by 343 guilty spark or the “oracle”. Afterwards they seek to stop the covenant from activating the rings. There may have been other groups who have found other “oracles” and been told the same thing. Maybe of or more of these heretic groups could have gone to ONI in order to stop the covenant from destroying their own race. ONI could of accepted this as an opportunity to get covenant technology and battle plans for the survival and triumphant victory over the covenant.

Elites NOW!!

Elites FTW!!!

Elites, bitte.

Speaking of that, I’d really like to see what happens if the Arbiter and his group discover what ONI is planning.
