Rise of the planet of elites.
I don’t play the Elites much on Halo: Reach unless I am in Custom Games or Bodyacting in a Machinima, but I play the Elites in just about every other game. Halo 2 Anniversary, Halo 3, the orginal Halo 2, every thing. And this feature was brought back to those games through the MCC.
But when no Elites came into the game Halo 4, it didn’t feel much like a Halo to me. I love the Elites and wish for them to come back, even as DLC. I have over $100 to spend on stuff in Gamestop or on Xbox and I have nothing to spend it on right now, so I can wait for some Halo 4 DLC: Elite Armor Pack to show up in the Digital Xbox Marketplace.
BRING BACK THE SANGHELI 343I OR YOU ARE MAKING A MISTAKE.

I’d like to see some Arbiter armor in MP. If you let Spartans use the Mark IV, can’t you let Elites in MP use Aribter armor? If you can’t due to the fact in Campaign that there is only one set if Arbiter armor, that’s fine by me. But, please bring back the Elites as a playable species.

If they do make an arbiter armor, they have to make it the single hardest thing to get for elites. Like elite recon. No cheap ranking up stuff.

I think it’d be pretty cool if elites could talk inmultiplayer like how the Spartans talk. It’d be so awesome hearing elites and Spartans talking amongst eachother

Seeing them return in the MCC was great. We need Elites for future multiplayer.

So I decided to google the Helioskrill armor and found some interesting stuff in the halopedia article. apparently it is named after a predator native to sangheilios, was manufactured on sangheilos, and designed by an elite. I have no idea if any of this is actually canon, but it brings up some interesting points.

I do believe the fact that this thread has 475 pages of replies and is still around three years after its original post says all that needs to be said.
Even as a person who plays as a Spartan primarily I like playing as an Elite now and again and I miss my Sangheili buddies on the battlefield. We can still have canonical multiplayer, too! Have the Elites referred to as members of the Blades of Sangheilios and everyone’s happy.

It’s all of it canon. It was created in Kolaar Manufactorum and designed by a female Sangheili.

Despite the lack of Sangheili in the beta (which only had 1 covie weapon) Bonnie Ross has made clear that if something is nit in the beta it does not mean that it will not be in the full game. I just hope that they give us skin, eye, mouth and gender customisation for Sangheili.

True there, Especially since everything is just a place holder currently.

I remember 343 making some vague statement about elites many months ago on twitter. I guess they haven’t said anything else since then?
