“Obviously you do because you posted”
What the -Yoink- is this? 2002?
Elites confirmed not to be in Halo 5. Have phun waiting another 3 years for nothing, -Yoink-.

You are obviously too dense to understand basic comprehension. If you come to a thread and reply to it, you are showing INTEREST. Come back and quote me once you have learned how to act like an adult.

> At this point I would say that it’s obvious that if elites are included in Guardians’ multiplayer, they will be only in specific modes like in Reach, but I don’t see this as a problem, due to the fact that elites will probably have their unique set of elite abilities, that will turn spartans vs elites modes into a massivee awesomeness!
So this popped up a few pages back, but I think it may have some promise. What we get to play now is the ARENA multiplayer beta. This is the really competative part of the multiplayer, so it does make sense for elites to be excluded. The reason we saw elites in the reach beta was because invasion was a new and experimental game mode. They are probably going to let us playthe new breakout gametype too. I honestly didnt expect elites to show up in the beta, but I’m still hopeful they will show up somewhere in multiplayer.

Upon looking at it, I can see clearly that Elites would not be in the beta because of Arena play.

This wouldn’t have been as requested if Elites were never playable. But they were, so you have to deal us Elite fans the same way we have to deal with people like you.

Agreed. The fact that he/she cared enough to read the title and even comment makes him/her contradict him/her(self).
If they do get added I highly doubt that they would make the Elites limited to an invasion game type though that might be hard to assume that their would be a Spartans vs Elites gametype since your likely playing as the Arbiter’s Elites.

Things 343i have done to influence and change the multiplayer lead me to believe Sangheili and Spartan abilities will remain the same to ensure no one has a specific advantage over another player in a specific type of engagement to level the playing field should these two types of player models share the same game mode.Said changes include the absence of Armor Abilities and perks and packages which were included in Halo 4.
The only possibility Sangheili abilities would differ from that of Spartans would be if there would be a Sangheili only game mode, which would not be my preferred choice. The sole difference the Sangheili should have to Spartans is a larger size with an appropriately large hit box to preserve the realism of scale of Sangheili to Spartans. The aforementioned Sangheili only game mode would severely limit the matchmaker’s ability to start a game and increase queuing time.

Not a bad idea, but you have to make there Elites last a little bit more when getting shot to compensate for their large size.

A small increase in Sangheilis’ hit point pool should do,but nothing over the top like in Reach.

I can only imagine how angry all of us elite players will be, we will most likely plague this post with our ranting. It’s impossible to not know of this thread if you are active on waypoint, and especially if you work for 343i. They clearly would be ignoring us, and what’s more irritating is that they don’t give us a reason as to why. The whole “multiplayer canon” ruined everything.
