Just a hunch, looking at how the system is handled (games starting with Spartans high fiving, the Elite style armor and all). Sorry if it looks like I said it was confirmed.
The Elites should be in Halo 5. That’s it.
Well everyone we tried it looks like 343 will not be adding elites From what we have seen on most of the reveals an info they released on the game. so I really doubt that we will be able to play as elites which is really disappointing I will most likely not be buying this game
what really makes me mad is how they completely ignored us rather than just telling us they were not going to add elites they could have just simply stated by now that they would not be added but instead to continue to ignore us a pretend we don’t exist

As much as I agree with the mission of this thread, it’s not 343i’s job to make sure that every single thread begging for something to be added into the game be addressed.

This is the biggest request in all of Halo Waypoint. Not many threads have ever reached this many posts. The fact they ignored one of the biggest posts is not a good sign of them listening to the community of halo. Yes it’s not game breaking, but if they really listen to the community like they said, they’d have acknowledged this by now, or at least told us “No, there won’t be elites.” by now

If trying to canonize the multiplayer means less fun and features that players want, I think 343 needs to reevaluate their overarching design philosophy.

Amen, that’s what I’ve been saying forever. Ever sense wargames became a thing, halo has gotten worse for me.
Sorry but 343I is too busy looking at reviving MLG and crap like that.
And Halo 2 Anniversary won’t shut us up. Truth is I think its about time we started to send our messages to Frank…especially if they’re ignoring one of the largest forums on this website.
Elite master race, if 343 leaves out elites I don’t even wan’t to know how big the complaint thread will be after this one failed.
