I still see no similarities as far as for what I said. Personally, it is supremely easy to tell between the anatomy of Sangheili, and Locust. As for armor your evidence doesn’t persuade me because I can also tell the difference from Sangheili armor design to Locust armor design.
Why do you people even care about playing as Elites, honestly. It’s completely aesthetic. It gives you no advantage over other players. There’s nothing wrong with the Spartan model. I don’t think I even know anyone who played as an Elite in Halo 3. I just don’t see why you would want 343 wasting time on a feature like this, when they could be spending that time making a great game.

Trashing Elites in a 400 page thread filled to the brim with Elite lovers. What could possibly go wrong?

A bit late to the hating party don’tcha think? Besides, the last game without any Elite’s around which is Halo 4 is barely playable at all.

Man, you must be really smart to post something like this on a thread that has hundreds of pages. Supporting the topic of having Sangheili in MP.

Alright, I’m gonna give you some reasons why someone would liek to have Elites back.
Think about the armor customization for Spartans and is kinda the same thing. Just a superficial change that we like.
Elite models are great for Machinima purposes.
People who like the lore and history behind the Elites have a preference over Spartans, and so, they ahve more fun playing as them.
And that’s only being merely superficial about the matter.
In no way the integration of the Elite models hinders the process of a good game by the way. If that was the case, then we should remove any case of player customization, which is something that let me tell you, everyone would hate.

He is probably just a troll don’t give him the satisfaction.

We care because halo is one of the few franchises that allows you to play as a different race, and most of us here play video games to try out new things not possible in real life. There is nothing wrong with the spartan model, it’s just that we find the sangheili’s to be unique. Plus, hundreds of clans are strictly sangheili only, and many of them find this to be a make or break feature. And lastly, more races in mp means more armor, and if 343 puts in an armor unlock system similar to h3, then that can give players more things to do.

That is not why Halo 4 did poorly in sales and its not why the population is so low

So this person is not allowed to give his in put in this thread unless its to say Halo 5 must have them ? Im not saying he is right or wrong but he should be able to give his input on the subject at hand. And he is right they are aesthetic only when it comes to MM . campaign on the other hand is a different story.

I wouldn’t worry about hurting the guys feelings he’s obviously a troll. If he wants to come back and prove me wrong I welcome him to.

Halo has pretty much gone downhill since they got rid of female elites in Halo: Reach…

…And it’s now officially dead to me now that Halo 4 god rid of elites COMPLETELY. It’s bull%*#$! I’ve always respected and loved the sangheili and their culture since the beginning of Halo itself. I’ve come to think of them as my brothers. And now THIS happens. HERESY! I demand the return of elites!

Come to think of it, it’s been dead to me since “Dino Blasters”. I hate how everybody’s so racist towards elites. Every time somebody insults them, I’ll kill him.

Halo 4 is an absolute abomination. The campaign was fine, save for the VERY annoying infinite waves of enemies. The multiplayer sucked. Laggy as hell, Blackscreens every 2 seconds, graphics look like radioactive clay, I keep being forcd to play game types I hate even though they have their own playlists, NO MORE -Yoink!- ELITES, the armor choices all pretty much suck (I was pissed about the Military Police helmet from Reach not being included >:C), disappointing maps, those god*&%# 10 second kill barriers EVERYWHERE, despite the fact that there are invisible walls that kill you if you somehow pass them, I could go on forever, but I’m much to lazy to do so. I think I made my point anyways.
To above, “Sure that’s a troll, I bet you it was a kid who just joined the series and knows nothing of it.”
And lets see what else I missed, ban hammer I see.
hmm, speaking of Halo 5 how soon does everyone think that it will appear? And what of a Halo 2 Anniversary?
Keep the ball rolling folks.
And finally more questions, what of Lore now. With the great Covenant Fleets disbanded OR becoming splinter factions what of the Sangheili who know nothing but war? Would they become mercenaries and seek honor that way to die upon a field of battle for their own honor?
Or to seek strength?
Or to turn the tide into something more favorable?
Just saying, despite the main Sangheili Empire that is far far bigger than what the UNSC hopes it to be, and a lot smarter than a certain author imagines it, what factors do we not see and can only speculate?
Even more questions beg.
How many of YOUR Sangheili be you shipmasters or spec ops would be out fighting now and against who? Like questioned above, how many would be loyal to the new regime under the Arbiter, and how many to themselves to seek a new front?
I pose these just because the discussions are awesome…and how everyone views it. Keep our minds safe and sane while we await our answers in the future.

I believe the Arbiter would have already gathered a sizeable armada. He returned to Sanghelios at the end of Halo 3 to settle the ongoing civil war.Thel himself has seen through the Prophets’ lies and his words would probably carry a lot of weight and have large spheres of influence as he holds the title of Arbiter. And the fact that they are probably the only armed faction on Sanghelios leaves them unopposed.Meanwhile, during the Arbiter’s absence in Halo 4,he and his armada could have made improvements in weaponry and technology, and we may see new weapons originating from our’s truly.
