Sangheili (Elites) In New Trilogy Matchmaking (Part 1)

The Spartan-players outnumber us three to one!

Then it is an even fight!

I don’t know, I think they would nee even more Spartans to be even!

I can dream!

Besides the concept art for the infinity looks like it has a covenant carrier next to it.

Wort Wort Wort

What’s the worst covenant weapon that needs a remake? I would say the…plasma repeater.

Great reference.

Minor: Wort? commander, Is That a Tank? Its Green and seven Feet Tall.
Zelot: WOr- BAM!
Minor: comander? NOO! THE INFEDELS WILL PAY FOR THIS!!
~three minuets later~

lets just say only a single Grunt was barely alive to tell this tale … the poor grunt
is now badly disabled, missing his leg and part of face.

Was the grunt hit or turned into a plasma boomer?

AGREED! oh and maybe the needle rifle
EDIT: I ment to quote somebody … …

> What’s the worst covenant weapon that needs a remake? I would say the…plasma repeater.

The PR was good in the beta, but was only the equivelant of the AR in the full game, making the plasma rifle redundant.

Hmm … … A little bit of both.

well the PR was essentially the limited son of the carbine and the needler and he ashamed his family so much they refused to let it inherit what made them great

edit: oops, my comment was directed at the NR, but I do agree about the PR. Its the most useless weapon in the game, even the plasma pistol is better then it…

The plasma repeater, like every other covenant weapon in reach was no match for any human weapon. The weapons need to be improved to their former halo 3 glory, just like the elites.

yeah, in reach instead of feeling like they were balancing the weapons it felt more like they were nerfing them.

EX: Sniper
Plasma repeater
sword
needler
Needle rifle

How can you lay waste on Spartans with faulty equipment?

This is an excellent point. We Sangheili need to slaughter spartans. How are we to do that without an adequate supply of weapons? All of those weapons listed should be fixed if they are returning into Halo’s weapon lineup.

well I could see the sword (without sword block) and the needler make a return, but the needle rifle can be replaced by the carbine ( Green trail > pink trail) and the repeater can be replaced by the rifle with a flesh damage buff and by toning down the shield damage. As for the assist rifle, no words are needed.
