So apparently mini spartans and flood are possible in 343’s canonical multiplayer but elites aren’t. (face palm)
With 360 pages, I think they will be playable in Halo 5 on matchmaking in every playlists :). If 343 read this.
And their are a topic about to bring the arbiter back? Im searching this topic at halo xbox one section their is not I think. If you have a link for it you have my tankz
Sorry for the out topic…
How many of you are satisfied with the Sangheili combat harnesses in Halo 4? I think I preferred Reachs’ but I would like to see something fresh yet visually stunning.Halo 4’s was like crap.Looked so awkward and bulky.
Come on 343i,make Sangheili playable in Halo 5 for the love of god…please?
Oh yes,is there a list for like most active forums or any such page. Please hyperlink it for me if there is one.

yeah 343 give us Elite sin Halo 5 multiplayer, also I like halo 3’s combat harness better.

Well, I do like some of the Elite armor in 4, particularly the Zealot armor, but one armor I sure as hell want if Elites come back is the Ascetic Harness.
I want halo 3’s armor with a hint of reach and nothing from halo 4,I want to see thel return but I’m worried 343 will…NO I will not give 343 ideas (other than elites in multiplayers).
If 343 is going their “Multiplayer=Cannon” ideology again, then this could be made possible by having the Arbiter’s Elites be the ones you play as since they are allied with humanity.
I seriously doubt the Arbiter would just be cast aside, and after this outcry from the fans, I’m sure Elites will be playable in Halo 5.
Maybe Brutes too! Gasp

Sorry in my opinion zealot from halo 4 is crap! Not only does it look stupid but it also looks nothing like a zealot from any Halo! Reach got away with changing the color because they are probably from a special order within the zealots but 4 just got it all wrong. The most acceptable Sangheili armor from 4 is in my opinion ranger but even that looks stupid compared to the other games!
The only new Sangheili Armour I enjoyed was the Ranger Armour,I thought it was decent enough to be accepted. The new Grunt and Jackal Ranger Armours were rather ‘adorable’ and futuristic.I do like Halo 3’s Armour and Reach’s a lot. What I do want to see on new Sangheili combat harnesses is attention to detail, small but ornate changes like the Field Marshall’s ‘antennae’ on its head.Small things like that speaks volumes.
Oh yeah, pleasezzzzzzz include Commando helmet with slight changes from Halo 3 for Halo 5.

My favorite is Zealot, since Zealots are a more religiously devoted class and they sort of play a role as artifact hunters I think it’s cool they are reminiscent of the Special Ops from Reach, I mean if they are hunting artifacts it doesn’t make sense to have bright yellow armour making them more visible
I wonder if they’re Covenant who found out the truth about Humans when the Human-Covenant wars were raging and began to split into heretical factions some who worshipped Humans and others who saw them as equal but with a great responsibility set upon them by the forerunners. These Elites would surely find a way to make an alliance with Humanity, perhaps indirectly helping them during the Human-Covenant war by simply striking at the Covenant and staying out of the Humans way. Now that the Human-Covenant war is over they might become direct allies with Humanity and perhaps be celebrated for having secretly helped Humanity win large victories that would have otherwise gone bad. These Heretical factions might now be directly implemented into the UNSC. It would allow Elites and Spartans to fight beside each other again. Maybe the ones who advance in UNSC rank could be offered the choice to become an Elite juggernaut (Elite version of Spartans).
For armor I think when 343 releases DLC they should release armor along with maps and maybe other things.
For the Elites to be implemented into multiplayer with the Halo 4 campaign speed that they run at I think their shields should be weaker to a point so their speed will act as part of their defense so that they need to rely more on being agile to avoid bullets.
Here’s the deal. 343i should just look at it from a purely business perspective. If they go that little extra mile and bring Elites back to multiplayer, even with the limitations of being cut out of hardcore playlists such as MLG/Throwdown, SWAT, and Snipers. They will make a part of the community who honestly cares more about that than “Classic Halo” back. It is an all around good move. And cutting them out of those hardcore playlists will keep the “Elites in SWAT” and “Elites in MLG” complaints completely out of the equation, and I guarantee the Elite community won’t mind those limitations, because for the most part the Elite community isn’t that big on SWAT, MLG and Snipers. And the ones who are perfectly understand the reason for those limitations being that the subtle hitbox changes make an impact on more competitive gameplay.
Just so long as we have freedom to play the basic playlists like Team Slayer (both ranked and unranked), Big Team Battle, Team Objective etc. While using our favourite player model, we will be happy.
An alternative solution, would be to include an “All Spartans” option in the game’s menu, which will turn everyone on your screen into Spartans, both aestheticly and in terms of hitboxes, even if they are playing as Elites, and anyone without that option sees Elites. This is a pretty simple fix that arena games like Quake and Multiplayer source ports for Doom had years ago. Just you as the client of the server would see and be affected by the change.

Suggested the same alternative solution. I think it would fix a lot in terms of hit-boxes. Since if an Elite choses to go into MLG playlists than the Spartans who don’t like playing against Elites in hard-core playlists can just have the aesthetic option turned on. Maybe an option for “All Elites” could also be implemented.
Latest Halo 4 news:During the early days of its release Halo 4 garnered almost 200% as much players as it did in Reach, but numbers fell drastically and in the last 2 months we’ve had more people playing Reach than 4.343i have taken out the essence of Halo,Halo 4 was more of just a good game and less of a Halo game.Sangheili were in fact an essence and removing it as an available player model has not helped the business.Halo 4 simply did not have enough staying power as Reach did.I strongly believe that the removal of Sangheili player models limited variety and standpoint. To be fighting as another species gave you a whole new perspective than just being boring spartans to the game.I mean experiencing auto health regeneration but having a bigger kill box was a new experience.Having to alter battle strategy due to the changes. As I was saying;PERSPECTIVE.

According to 343, loadout, AA’s and Ordinance also helped the system.
OT, I would love to have invasion back.
I do like loadouts, did make it fair. But the new AAs are in my opinion make little gameplay changes, some of them at least.Regen field was simply put a nerfed version of the drop shield. The auto turret could have been better,if it were to follow you around.I mean so much more could have been done in my opinion.Evade should be an available AA in Halo 5.The thruster pack is nice but I wish it would have been faster. However 343i seems to be on the right track, the weapon tuning update was fantastic.I do hope they will include Sangheili player models even if their killboxes were larger.Lets hope 343i will not make the same mistake as it did in Halo 4,it is begging for a Beta for them to understand potential in game difficulties so they can rectify it and modify gameplay slowing elements.
I think they should do a mix of Halo 3 and Reach. Rather than giving them a terrible slouch and squashing them, or making them available in only a few select places, they should do this…
You should be able to pick whether you are a Spartan or an Elite and have full armor customization with them, unless an option in the gametype is changed that forces you to a different player model.
Each Spartan player should spawn with Thruster Pack (No Sprint in MM please) and each Elite player should get a (nerfed) version of Evade. Note that these are both base traits, so AA’s can still be used with them, assuming they return. There also should be a custom game option to turn them off if needed.
Players can spawn with whatever loadouts they wish (assuming they’re returning) no matter the player model
Elite differences
- Slower shield recharge wait
- Faster shield recharge rate
- Faster
- Larger
- Should NOT have more health or shields
This should hopefully balance them right.

I like that the idea. can have full armor customization and be allowed to play as Spartans and elites when we want.
