I agree, no more hunchback Sangheili. Instead of breaking your necks over trying to make them exactly the same, make them different but balanced for their difference.

from what I herd

No one complained about Sangheili in Halo Reach, either.
Save for those that were upset at how difficult it was to play one.
Probably because the Elites were too tall to play as one and that they were restricted to certain game types, unlike that of Halo 2 and 3 that were played by both Spartans and Elites and were cross species in match made games.

wich is why I think it works to have the Elite’s halo 2 posture.
They can have Halo 2’s posture, but if they want to make it more fair, they need to be shrunk to the size of Spartans, or at least make their size toggleable; either Halo 2’s size or Spartan sized.

Don’t know how Elite size affects gameplay. As an example you could shrink a hunter to grunt size and keep everything else, they could still kill you with a single direct hit on legendary. Being bigger would also be a bit of a larger target for players and its not hard to hit a Spartan in the head so I don’t think it would make much of a difference. Adding Elites is just a positive addition as far as I’m concerned, though it would take time off other important additions this is as well an important addition for part of the community.

So we won’t have races that are too different, like in Reach.
Now for a current issue, anyone else have a way to explain Elties in MP Story?, like maybe it doesn’t need to be a training session, but maybe Elites and spartans are in a real situation, besides it doesn’t need to be stricly canon cause some thigns are a neccisity, such as giving the spartan and elite community an option.
Elites can’t be shrunk in multiplayer because now the multiplayer is ‘Canon’.
> Elites can’t be shrunk in multiplayer because now the multiplayer is ‘Canon’.
Yeah well look how that “Canon” has turned out for us. We been neglected in Halo Reach, and we been even more neglected in Halo 4. Is Canon always a good thing?
Not all Elites are 8’5, there ARE exceptions. They’re a diverse species, just like humans.

Imagine what a brindle sangheili would look like, since this may be a good idea for Halo-related microtransactions.

is canon a good thing?, only in certain features. but not multiplaer.

I was being sarcastic.

oh, okay.

Could have at least gave a bit of a warning next time…
Still, if Elite’s are back in Halo 5, I prefer having the option to be able to customize my armor in a way that I want to, exactly like the Spartans. It’s already been annoying how Halo Reach forced elite players to just stick with a whole armor set.

Indeed, if there ia an armor we like. I’d like my Elite to have someing on like boots, that have a sharp claw like tip.
If anything, lets just drop the bloody canon since its done us oh so well already.
And I really do miss mix and matching my armor, I remember back in Halo 3 that doing that was pretty fun. Granted you didn’t have much of a variety but each armor piece always had something to say, a little history behind it.
Sad part of Halo 4 is that you look at an armor piece and you see nothing funny or anything, which was upsetting even to my Spartan Friends because we liked those little details
But I digress, the armor customization would be a huge leap forward rather than armor sets. And having the degree of customization from arms to boots, to helmets to whatever would make Halo 5 far more immersive than Halo 4.
and beating a dead 'ummie here but dropping the MP Canon would be for the best.
I don’t care if they are realistically sized. I just miss playing as them. We need better customization options though for both Elites and Spartans. Perhaps being able to design our colors manually over our options of armor (which better be extensive).
On top of that we would get extra stances for the elites which would be awesome. Hope we also get to choose what weapon they are holding in the stance (within reason. It can be restricted to only rifles for this stance or only secondaries for this, maybe a power weapon stance, a grenade throw stance, and obviously knives like we have now plus energy knives for elites like they used in reach assassinations)
