i would love arbiter armor but i highly doubt 343 would add it but it still would be nice

Replace “Prometheans” with “Sangheili” and you’re good. ;D
The focus should be on the Sangheili. I, personally, think that the Sangheili should be the only thing being considered in this regard.
Though it’s a nice idea. And Dino’s brought the idea up before (I think it was you, Dino). There are a few balancing issues that would need to be dealt with beforehand. You should make a thread-… xD

I think so? Lol.
I remembered bringing up promethean elites ( which I should remind coll in his/her thread) but the gameplay, that’ll be excruciating to find my source, whether I did or not

Arbiter armor would be nice, however, would rather wear that armor than a minor or zealot uniform. Plus, it makes sense that only one arbiter is present. But if 343i implemented this “Guardian mode” similar to Gears of War, BAM! problem solved. make the Arbiter the leader to guard and kill the opponents’ Promethean battlewagon/ or spartan chosen as leader (Master chief?) and noting that the gameplay would be a simulation. Sorry, thought of this and rushed the idea.

Yeah, that was fun Easter egg to do I wish I could figure out if we’re supposed to do something after it, though.
> Yeah, that was fun Easter egg to do I wish I could figure out if we’re supposed to do something after it, though.
Players rumor that the reward is a cache of weapons somewhere in the level but nobody has yet to discover whats the reward is or is just simply a fun easter egg plain and simple.

Oh? A bit of inter-forces rivalry eh?
'Tis alright. Officer is better than both. xD
No, to be honest, all the Sangheili armours up to Halo 4 looked absolutely awesome (with the exception of “manta ray” from Halo: CE). There is no doubt about that.
I hope that Thel’s faction is still using the same designers.

Probably. Remember, The Storm is a rebel faction from Sangheilios 2 (I’ll call it that). They aren’t as much as a cosmopolitan destination as Sangehilios is for Elites. So they were less equipped with proper armor and weapons.

Hesduros, I think you’re thinking of.
The remnants were using outdated technology (If the designs in FuD weren’t artistic license), probably in conjunction with their own designs. I hope you’re right. Though I assume after 5 years Sangheili designs will no longer be influenced by other species’ designs (specifically San’shyuum), moving away from that of the now defunct Covenant. Well, I hope so. I’d love to see designs moving back to traditional, Arbiter armour-like or even Commando/Assault-like, designs.

Well, most of the Sangheili want to make their race great again like it was before the San’shyuum came into the picture. Ancient Elite armor would sound wonderful. Thel will probably keep his Arbiter armor because it is still significant in their culture. It all depends on what ONI does or has done.

give them a neru armor, make thel’s elite have a diffrent armor sets, wich can identify are fried elites from out foe ones. maybe they will also have an armor that was somewhat influenced by the unsc.

It always depends on ONI, doesn’t it? I can’t help but wonder where their great, almost omnipotent, power suddenly came from. And their sudden moral high ground… Bah, oh well.
I do hope 343’s designers don’t change Thel’s armour too much (Well, that’s if he hasn’t been killed off).

Killing off one of Halo’s most iconic, yet controversial deuteragonist wouldn’t be a wise decision for 343i if they did. His part in Halos 2/3 played a significant role and if they do kill him “Hello Duty” I’ll call Halo instead. But what I would like to see is him facing near death and stimulate the way I behave when I play the game if he does reappear in the next Halo 5 or a separate Halo game. I think 1/2 of the community like the Arbiter and his death would be revolting, sad, lack of faith, and stirring a boiling pot. 343 IMO shouldn’t risk it and just leave him alone since this new trilogy is about the “Reclaimer Trilogy”. Elites would be nice though
and thats wher emy cocnern is, I’d get my bro to join in but he seems to be worried about the armor abilities and loadouts, and choosing your own weapon by default being taken away.
but never the less the Elites need to be playable they have to be.
