80% for 343 to acknowlege us
And I thought this thread got buried in others…still glad to see its back up and still kicking.
They need to add the shipmaster (r’tas vadum) into the campaign somewhere. He’s way too cool to give up. And honor guard customization options in MM

I know, his half-jaw make him the most badass looking sangheili out there

Never seen him, but I’ve only played Reach and CEA, but I’ll take your word for it, hope he’s in. Blarg.

Rtas is Spec Ops Commander.
All though this is not Sangheili related, when did this thread go all Role Play on me?

No offence to you or anything, seriously no offense, but whatever you do, dont comment on the threads of the competitive community. Because they will eat you alive for posting your opinion after only playing CEA and reach…

If they eat me alive, I’ll cut my way out with an energy sword. Back OT, if you can play as elites in HALO 4 in MM then wouldn’t they have to be smaller?
I will bring back up the argument that many already have. We know almost nothing about spartan IV’s right now, who says they won’t be as tall or powerful as Elites?
If Elites show up in Halo 4, I hope they look like they did in Halo 3.
DINOSAURS!!!

Well, stereo-typically, they’ve always been dinosaurs.

WHATEVER!
Separatists, e;ites, Sangheili, as long as they are customizable and playable characters in matchmaking, they can be called any of these.
I would like to see the Sangheili in campaign, but all I care about is that they are playable in multiplayer.
And if you think about it, Sangheili have the most interesting story of Halo. I mean, after millennium of enslavement at the hands of the San Shyuum, they finally are freed… knowing that thousands of years that could have been spent furthering their race has been stolen from them. Imagine that you work at McDonalds. You originally take the job as a a few-week gig until you find a better job, better pay, and a better life. All of a sudden, you are on the brink of retirement and you have wasted your life working at a burger joint. That would suck. The Sangheili have a similar issue, only 1000x worse; their entire species had been working at the metaphorical McDonalds for thousands of years.
Not only this, but meaning had been all but torn from their lives. Thousands of years spent at the altar of the Forerunners, and they find out that the Forerunners weren’t gods. Another metaphor; you are a devoted Christian, spreading the Lord’s message throughout the land, and supporting your church in any way you can. Christianity is your whole reason for being. Then, all of a sudden, you find out that God doesn’t exist.
What now?
I don’t know about you, but if I were hit with both revelations at once, I’d be pretty shell-shocked. The Sangheili were fueled with vengeance for a while, directed at the San Shyuum. Now that the San Shyuum are in hiding and almost extinct, what do they do now? I’m extremely interested in how Halo 4 will explain this, but we will never know if 343 doesn’t include the Sangheili. O’Conner once said, “we’re not done with purple.” Let’s hope that this means what we are all campaigning for; the inclusion of Elites in all aspects of Matchmaking. The war is far from over, but we are making good progress. We must all keep this thread alive until 343 acknowledges us.
FOR SANGHELIOS!
I want to see these beautiful creatures return to matchmaking because i enjoy there death sounds. Ah so funny. “BLAAAAAAAARGRGRGRGRGAGRARGAGRG”
“Wtf? He didnt even get shot!”
