No, that’s what I was saying. Those in other threads have tried this and failed. It is not the right way to go about it. A long, well thought out statement would suffice, would it not? A statement would be more noticeable than spam, I would think.

I have been an Elite since Halo 2, this sudden disappearance is very disheartening.
This little option that the classic Halo fans back then had an option to be a Spartan, or Elite. It was one of Bungie’s best decisions to allow us to be the Covenant’s best. And that in Multiplayer, Spartans and Elites could finally fight side-by-side, please 343i, return this. We ask for those moments to be back.

I’m not sure how long that would be, I can’t see 343 answering questions for the time being, unfortunately. People on other threads have brought up some reasons for this; If 343 begins to answer questions, everyone will want their questions answered as well. And it’s still the Christmas break, really, and that is the reason for the late bulletin. I know we all want to do this, but I want us to do it right. If we get it wrong the first time, we may be ignored in subsequent posts…

Not to squeeze in, but there was a ton of bad threads on the Halo 4 forums. So, you practically mean if they (by they, I mean the ranters) keep this up, we will be completely ignored?
It’s best not to go into the Halo 4 section…too many ranters and such going on in there and plus new threads do always get some pretty rude comments…that or ignored.

All it takes is one to ruin it for everyone, but generally speaking its bound to happen but I should’ve worded it better for you: If we rant about it in a senseless appeal, then we may be shunned. Completely? No, not entirely, just … we just need to keep our heads up and have some hope for the best. I say ignore the bad threads, because 343i will read that and say meh but no, not completely.

Well, what I’m hoping is (well “hoping” isn’t the right word, but nevertheless), that the reason others are being ignored due to the fact that they have spammed, or acted too aggressively. If we show that we will not act as they have, we will have a better chance of having a reply and/or “negotiation”. I hope.

And remember, there are also other communities who are under the same shoes as we are (e.g. the ODSTs, Forge, which you did bring up already Tentacle, and I believe the Firefight community too, I believe). We are not alone thankfully (in a sense, no).

We are better them, and that gives us more moral.
Sooner than later that’s for sure. Perhaps when Spartan ops begins again I suppose.
Yeah, spamming them (as easy and aggressively) as nice as it sounds would be very self defeating. You might as well just take an energy sword and stab yourself with it…as many times as possible.
But yes, waiting when 343 is back in full strength would be quite nice, and being respectful about it should ideally bring back that unity we the players had with Bungie.
Only time will tell it seems. (as much as I’d hate to admit it)

colors can be separate from Spartan’s colors
Elite game needs;
Elites need their own Assassinations;
Elite on Elite
Elite on Spartan
lots of different ones with varations and wepon assassinations such as Energy Sword and Gravity hammer
Elite playlists:
Playlists you can play as Elites
Invasion (a new evolved Invasion game, Spartans and elites)
Invasion Slayer (like Infinity slayer but Spartans vs Elites)
Extraction (just like regular extraction, but Elites vs Spartans)
Elite Slayer
Retrival (kinda like Invasion and extraction, but Elites and Spartans take turns gaurding 3 objectives, one side protects the objective and the other side retrives the 3 objectives and brings them to their base, both sides take turns

I try not to rant sometimes I get yoinked off but I would like to think that is rare. On another matter it sucks that I am a huge fan of both Sangheili and Odst and it seems that 343 has saw fit to take both from me and potray them poorly in the new books=( Here is hoping that they will turn it around soon!
Personally I am tired of being separated from playing along my fellow Spartans on similar game types to each other. We both kill each other, we both play objective games and such. So what is so hard to make it like how Halo 2 and 3 were like? Like I said, I never was a fan of the whole Halo Reach Separation.
One of the major reasons why I love Halo is because of the Sangheili themselves. I really miss playing as them, enough to pop Reach back in and play a few rounds of Invasion from time to time.
Also, where’s the Sangheili apparel in the Waypoint store?! Could use a good, official shirt or hoodie!
