But honestly they really aren’t needed. It doesn’t cripple the gameplay because they aren’t in the game. More realistically bound Halo based machinimas won’t exist anymore though. Thats the only con I can think of though.

I agree. They have about 4 months until the game comes out. I am not a worker at 343, but that seems like a reasonable amount of time to get playable elites in the game. It would also be EPIC if they told us they saw how much we, the fans, wanted them back and actually did something about it. I know I would freak out.
343 has undoubtedly seen this forum and how many people want playable elites in Halo 4. They need to talk to us about this. We have only heard they will not be in from a magazine picture caption and a twitter post and we need a direct answer from them. If they cant be in halo 4 then we at least deserve an explanation.

Meh, I like divers gameplay, humans suck… Their boring and overused. And elites brought something special to the game
