What happened to your Elite icon kaine? D:
I know 343 doesn’t want to make the same game but taking elites out doesn’t seem to be the right choice. Halo 4 needs to be new but just don’t see how throwing out something as cool as playing as a Sangheili warrior is moving the game forward. Its just so fun to play as an elite for me. Its something different and just plain cool. They have a strong warrior culture and advanced technology. Why would you want to get rid of that in a game? 343 needs to realize that this is not the right choice and how much their fans want them back. We’ve made almost 200 pages showing our support. What else can we do?

It’s still an Elite Icon none the less, I just prefer it to not look like it was dying…
I would appreciate it if we could at least play one armor variant of an Elite in Infinity. I just can’t leave them behind. If they are a pre-order bonus in some store that hasn’t announced it bonus yet, I’m buying.

If pre-order bonus’s for elites were available…that would be freaken tight actually.
I don’t care if I have to wait a week for it to get here or if i have to pay extra, if there is a place that offers elites, I’m getting H4 from them.
Only a few more days till E3. Maybe we’ll get some good noews for the Sangheili. Don’t let us down 343.

4 more sleeps till E3, that’s when all kinds of stuff will likely be showing up. Maybe Elite stuff, but I sure hope so. If not…well… that’s what Halo 5 is for that’s for sure.
I for one, hope that Elites won’t be a preorder only. I would be unable to have access to it because this tiny town I live in never offers Pre-orders.

I think we should wait until the E3 and if the Elites are confirmed out then we can move either to Reach or to Halo 3 and play gmes where we can only play as Sangheili or that they feature the Sangheili. For instance we could play elite slayer, invasion, invasion slayer etc. Plus I have already started a Sangheili Fan-Fic trilogy. It will begin with the RISE OF SANGHELIOS. Once I get to finish it, I will send it to 343i.

I’m starting to think of ways that they could try to make the Sangheili community happy. So I thought that they might give every person who respectfully comments in this thread an Elite like nameplate. Or make some way to unlock an Elite nameplate. This is all becoming rather frustrating. I just hope we get an answer at E3 soon. I want something Elite like in Infinity.

At this point, with so much pointing towards no Elite at all, I’m willing to take almost anything. We aren’t in the position to say its all or nothing. We are in the position to say, anything is better then nothing.

Yes. Yes they are.
Isn’t that the point of a game? To be fun. Playing as an elite is fun. Put them in H4 so it’s more fun. More fun = more money for 343. Why can’t they see this? Maybe if they can’t get playable elites in the time they have til the game ships, they could give us some dlc where we could play as them. People who really want to play as them can buy the dlc while people who don’t just have to download an update so everyone can play together. It would be cool if they came in dlc but I would rather have them playable when the game ships.
I really hope 343 sees how many people want elites back and do something. So far they havn’t done anything but keep us in the dark. Let us hope that changes at E3. Hold fast brothers.

I am a Spartan player because, and only because, the Elites are not a primary playable character in Reach, i mean i have my player model shown as an Elite, but that only means im loyal, but still in matchmaking i am forced to run around as a Spartan just as everyone else.

As much as I do look forward to seeing how Halo 4 will look on Monday, I still don’t see how this is related to the elites in this topic though…
