There is no denying that the majority of the community wants them back and if they did it right it wouldn’t have a negative impact on the game. A lot of halo players want elites back, and H4 just won’t be the same to us without them. Playable elites are a big part of halo and the community. Why throw out such an awesome feature? I don’t know. Hopefully 343is listening to us and doing something about it.

Actually, we only got this far because of the people who argue. Think about it, we got at least seven pages out of Pheonix Hellfire. Secretly, i think he likes the elites and just opposed us to help us get more posts.
Garanteed we’d still be around 100 if it wasnt for the people who were so upposed to the idea of elites. They gave us something to discuss.
Thats why when we got the first opposition i actually thanked the person, because he advanced us ten pages with all the arguing that happened.
Sure, there are people who love elites, but its the people who dont like them and just love saying they dont that are the real reason this thread is where it is.

Who says they dont want to put them in? Maybe the just couldnt. Certainly somewhere in 343i there is a person with a love for the creature he created.

And it will last as long as there are fans of the Elites. We may not see them in Halo 4, though one day, they must return.

Sangheili shall make a return as playable characters. I do not believe that 343i is going to throw away a element of Halo that Bungie promoted for so long. I would understand if Sangheili were no longer a factor in Halo canon. However, that is not the case, and elites are a major part of the story ths far. Therefore, I can almost garuntee all of you that in some way shape or form, Sangheili will be playable characters in Halo 4. If not, then Halo has become a shadow of its former capabilities as a franchise.

Well, when they tell us to stop, we have more of a reason to keep this thread alive. If this thread ever gets locked, we will start our new foundation of support for them to return in the Halo 5 forums. I love playing as an Elite, without them, Halo wouldn’t be Halo. I’m not necessarily saying that Halo 4 won’t be Halo, but they are taking a large part of multiplayer out by getting rid of them. I won’t get into that topic though, its too…delicate. But the Elites are a large part of the Halo multiplayer, I just hope to see them return one day. And people who tell us to stop need to stop themselves because their words fall on deaf ears.

Why do you think 343 has set up these forums? They created them so they could get feedback from the community. They are a video game producer and they want to make the game as fun as possible so they can sell more copies. Right now the forums are telling them that playable elites is something their fans think would make the game more fun. With almost 200 pages discussing the return of playable elites, I think it would be a pretty dumb move if 343 just ignored this. They are going to lose a lot of aupport if they don’t even discuss this issue with their fans. Please 343, your community wants elites back. Halo 4 just won’t be the same without them. There are a lot of people who really love playing as a Sangheili warrior, myself included. It’s something that sets us apart yet brings us together. You gotta listen to us 343.
