Huh? Oh, I see…
It would make sense if the spartan IVs were using covenant weapons that there would be some Sangheili to train them. And even if there were no Sangheili on the infinity they could at least make the other spartans look like elites with the new technology they have gotten from forerunner ruins. I don’t think there is any reason cannon wise why elites can’t be in MM. I hope 343 knows this and does something about it. They must have seen how much support they are getting to bring elites back. I really want elites in H4 MM. Please 343, listen to your fans and bring elites back.

Glad to see another Spartan support for the return of the Elites. Least not every Spartan is a Elite hater thankfully.

And make them not restricted to specific gametypes gametypes. (Let them play Team Slayer alongside Spartans.)
On the note of that: In those “Leaked” pictures that everybody feels the need to post, even though they have awful quality one of them looks to me sort of like a Target Locator being held by an Elite’s hand.
The quality was awful and such so don’t get too excited, but it’s nice to hope.

because it looks like 343 has completely blown off the elite community. one of the largest threads in this topic was about the elites being playable again in halo 4 multiplayer and so far they haven’t even acknowledged the thread or given us an explanation for why they are not going to be playable. it seems like they just don’t care and have no intention for the elites in halo 4 so the elite community is going to try and have an influence on halo 5 since they did no succeed with halo 4.
i myself am not an elite player i have always used a spartan, i am very competitive but having elites was not an issue they could have even made the system better by making the reach elites were they stood upright and if spartan 4’s are equal to spartan 2’s to a certain degree then one would not be noticeably larger than the other.
once again i use a spartan so the issue at hand does not effect me but i still care for the large elite community and do not think they should just be pushed aside and be ignored.

Let us look to the future!
We can only hope that 343 is waiting to address this at E3. It would be so epic if they revealed that they listened to the community and decided to bring them back. There is no denying that the majority of the community wants them back and if they did it right it wouldn’t have a negative impact on the game. A lot of halo players want elites back, and H4 just won’t be the same to us without them. Playable elites are a big part of halo and the community. Why throw out such an awesome feature? I don’t know. Hopefully 343is listening to us and doing something about it.

I’m with this guy. I’ve never really used Elites much myself, but they’ve been in since Halo 2. Why remove them now?

I, too, would really like to see the return of Elites in matchmaking [and at the very least custom] games. Make it happen 343i! ;D
