Sangheili (Elites) In New Trilogy Matchmaking (Part 1)

He arm can work with the current tech if they can add the robot arm they can add they flood arm. If you can melée with the right arm you can melée with the left bam you have the flood Spartan that’s all I’m asking for able to customize them as much as halo R Spartan plus more since H4 I’m sure is bring more. If they want they can use the same blood from HR
it can work the question is will they do it ?
I would not change game play at all it’s like a halo R Spartan with robot arm who melees with their robot arm and has armor effect of green clouds only diff is it’s a flood arm and there are not clouds unless they want to add them.

I’m sorry…but Elite’s being DLC to play as? That’s not even possible since they are already build into the game to begin with. Just got to program some of them into multi-player,l fix up the hit boxes and such, and the height and bam…we got Mutli-player elites without purchasing anything.

You can force colors and player models in Q3. Which is what they do in competitive matches. Also, the hitboxes don’t change in any Q3 settings (just the outward skin.)

I don’t know about Unreal, but it was never as competitive as Quake.

The head/neck on the elite is lower on the body than the spartan’s head. Making it harder to headshot from behind and easier to hit somewhere on the shoulders when you miss the head.

Exact same problems that Halo 2 and Halo 3 had. This fixes nothing.

Having to be facing against a Halo 3 elite is of course much tougher to face because of the shape of how the figure was design and the head problem true. But the Halo Reach model had a much more easier hit box and was much better to head shot them from behind. Besides, the comparison thing was just an example of how the height should be anyways. The Halo 4 models are at least suppose to be that much more better than the Reach versions anyways. It’s really not that hard to head shot from behind btw…

I think there should be a whole trilogy about the Sangheili.
-Rise of Sanghelios
– On Sanghelios civil war re-erupts between the Servants of Abiding Truth and the followers of the Arbiter. Meanwhile an ancient evil along with its arch enemy awaken.
-Forerunner Dawn
–After the Sangheili win on Sanghelios the remaining forces of the Servants led by the ancient evil search the Orion spur in order to recreate the Covenant and steal the Index of Installation 03 from the humans. On the other hand the Arbiter tries to form a Sangheili led covenant and make Sanghelios stand on its feet. The UNSC, the Insurrectionist and the UNSC will play a significant role in the story.
-Sangheilian Revenge
–After the ancient evil (led by the Master Builder), the Servants and their subordinate races have burned the world of Venezia they take control of Installation 03. There the monitor opposes to their will to activate the ring without a flood outbreak.Therefore the Master Builder releases the parasite. The Arbiter heads to Doisac where a new Covenant is formed between the Separatist factions and some Jiralhanae, Kig-Yar and Yanme’e. Meanwhile a UNSC fleet attacks them but soon perishes and the only surviving ship joins forces with the Arbiter.Finally the Arbiter performs an assault on installation 03 and through an almost phyric victoty defeats the enemy, the monitor, the flood and destroys the ring. Just before it is able to connect with the remaining Halo rings and fire them. However the Master Builder departs for Requiem with his last ship, but not before the Sangheilian fleet under the command of Thel 'Vadam and Rtas 'Vadum (they both apear in the whole trilogy) can follow them. Once in orbit over Requiem the last enemy ship is destroyed. In the end a small portion of the Sangheili fleet decides to board FuD that is heading straight to the shield world. Then HALO 4 comes.
Note that I have not decided whether the Master Builder should die since We do not know what the Halo 4 enemy is.
Also it is not neccessary for this ancient evil to be the same as the one we will face in Halo 4.

I can elaborate more stuff regarding the plot of all three parts of the trilogy as well as the Sangheili Ops that bridge the gap between the first 2 parts and provide a side story to the third part of the trilogy, but it would be tiring for you.

Well if they are already in the game then its not really DLC, yes I know. But maybe we can get them to be made available after launch.

That may be a possibility. That or the E3 Event being showed from the 5th of next month to the 7th. Think they might show some elite stuff by then?

Heh, and who said we would be giving up in this thread anytime soon? Might as well continue along and hope for the best on what 343i will be doing.

That and also more multi-player options for all of us. Don’t be discriminating us into stuff like Elite slayer and all that, we want to play games with just about every other player that is out there. Equality for both Species is what we need, and definetly not something the Halo 3 models have done…

Competitive is Multiplayer btw.

we know that it has been stated that they won’t be playable a couple of times, but we are trying to show 343 that we want them back. If you don’t want them back at least give a reason why.

I like them because theyre something different and that they just make the game more fun. A lot of other people feel this way. Please 343, this is what your fans want. don’t dissapoint us.

BRING ELITES BACK 343!!!

No elites in multiplayer.

Elites in multiplayer would require:

  • a new HUD
  • brand new animations (reloading etc)
  • first person view of Elite arms/legs (modeling)
  • (play)testing ALL this

Game is only few months away. It’s impossible by now for including all this and people can cry about this as much as they want.

And power posting this thread here won’t help either.
