Why? I understand MLG, as MLG rules state that only the Spartan model may be used, and SWAT because of the insta-kill factor and needing to be as fair as possible. Ranked TS/Obj. really don’t need such a restriction, and should only be added IF it is proven that our Elite model alterations actually do affect gameplay enough to warrant it.

I’m not going to bother look at these twitter posts since some people love to spam them about. I want Elites to be in Multi-Player, and I still don’t want to back down so easily to all these posts about elites not being around. Where on earth is the real reason then for Elites for not being around? All we have is they wont be around, but where is the facts on why that is? that still doesn’t make any sense whatsoever.

Yeah, I have to say it is very disappointing, I say we start making plans to get elites in halo 5 or something, I think its safe to say halo 4 is lost.

I dont care if it has been “confirmed” there will be no playable elites by a magazine caption and a twitter post. I think most everyone on this forum knows this. We are trying to get them to change their minds. I still want playable elites on halo 4. We are just trying to tell 343 how much fun it would be for us to play as our favorite alien species in the next halo.To me its just so fun to play as something different, something you don’t see all the time. Bringing the elites back is something that will get a lot of us excited. I think it would be so awesome if 343 told us they were listening and doing their best to put them back in. I dont care how many pointless posts pop up on this, I’m going to fight to get elites back. Please 343, realize how many people would love it it you brought them back.

Halo 4 will not have playable Elites. It’s too late in development for that to happen, I think. However, if we keep up the pressure and continue to be a noticeable presence, we can likely have them for Halo 5.
Although I must request that we do not settle for Forge and Custom Games only. In my eyes, that is akin to not having them at all. I am okay with a handful of playlists being restricted/forced model, but I will NOT see another Reach, where there are no playlists where Elite preference is utilized, and any self-respecting sangheili fan should agree.
I hope at E3 they miraculously reveal gameplay of Elites in Custom Games and Forge or something.

This is just getting ridiculous.
I personally want to play as a pony.
I would rather them being tall and proud as hey were in Reach rather than hunched over like Halo 3.
I also preffered how their armor was in Reach: All ranks had their own identity.

Yep now they don’t care about us, Now 343 should give us a damn good explanation. Instead of just a twitter post
