yes i think the arbiter deserves his time to shine sooner or later
agreed elites must make a return with better customization for them tho.

you realized that your constant yelling of Elites not being in mutli-player is not going to win your case against hundreds of elites players right? this is pretty pointless for you to continue.
Actually if you read the books you would know that MJOLNIR armour has stronger shields than Elite shields.

Actually that answer is invalid because YOU decided to go into swat, plus you decided to play as a Spartan or an Elite, either way it was your choice.

well if Elites are at a truce with Humanity then their shields should be at par, sharing eachothers knowledge
