We have to remember 343 is very busy right now with them finishing up halo 4. This could explain why we havn’t given us a direct answer because they don’t know what they are going to do about this. They may not have realized how much people they upset until resently but don’t know how they can fix this with the amount of time they have. We can only hope they know how much we want them back and that they are trying to figure out a way to solve this and respond to us.

Off topic but I’ve heard about this and kept up with it so I know whats going on in Pokemon but ya off topic.

I have never liked Pokemon, I’ve never understood how people could watch the show, it was so boring, cheesy, and seemed really poorly done. Like watching the worst actors, but it was a cartoon.
I know its too late now because their race was eliminated, but i would’ve enjoyed playing as the flood.

That’s to bad it was/is a good show to watch… I don’t know maybe i love it so much because i grew up with it and everyone i knew and was friends with ALL played, watched and loved Pokemon.
HaHa but yeah sometimes it is a little cheesy, but remember a fully devolved, mature adult Japanese man came up with it, and adults designed, built, and create everything Pokemon related. So if someone make fun of you for watching it, just tell them someone even older and more mature than you MAKES it. I’m 18 and my brothers 20 and my dads 50 and were still proud to say we love Pokemon, and Dragon-ball Z! I know i cant convince you to accept my opinion, and i cant force you to do something you don’t want, or to change your ways, but i can at least show you my side of the argument…

EDIT: Oops, look like i’m derailing the train of thought, this particular thread should be about Halo and Elites.
I really don’t understand why they decided to go with a spartan only force on the infinity…I think, depending on the state of human-sanghelli relations, a joint elite-spartan special ops force would’ve been a much more interesting and original narrative experience in the Halo universe.

Seems like they’re going to have to make a enemies part 1.5 since the explanation for the grunts wasn’t satisfying enough and didn’t make a whole lot of sense. Did they say anything about a new race replacing the elites as the alternate playable species for MP?
I just want them online so that Arby and the Chief can continue.

I cannot speak for 343, but I will say the reasons moderators have been alerting the posts is due to reports. There is simply too many postings, thread creating, and general items they need to look into. Back onto topic…
If something changes, there will be a thread or comment about it and most likely it will be copied into this thread at one point. As for now, hope for the best, prepare for the worst.
I will NOT buy Halo 4 if their isn’t going to be elites in multiplayer and i will lose all my respect to Halo and 343 industries. Yeah don’t let me down 343 industries because i really like Elites in Halo multiplayer.

Really what source did you find this new race from? I never heard of a new race besides the deleted ones and Precursor from the Forerunner saga books. o.o Linky or something plz? owo

Back to topic, Elites are not confirmed still, but I’d rather hear people’s opinions surrounding the future of Halo games with or without them. What do you all think of elites not being in the next Halo game post-4 for example?
I think 343 is trying make halo 4 like Ce, you know. A fresh new start on a whole new story and are mimicking some of the things in CE, like no Elites. Also starting on a ship you have to escape. So here is to complaining about wanting them in Halo 5! Or if they make a Halo 2 Anniversary, to them in that!
