i know there are no bots in Halo 4, the player could just choose the model of an Elite, simple as that, and the story could say they are actually artificial intelligence equipped with the knowledge of the average military Sanghieli.

I don’t know, but I sure hope grunts are just as fun to stack up in the killing pile. Because there is gonna be a extinction list going on for the elites if we still don’t have an answer…

Well, when in doubt. All you got to do is keep this one particular thing in your mind at all times “what would the Arbiter do?”
My friend i made threw reach is all for elites, and when he heard that they aren’t going to be in forge and probably multilayer he was and is very discouraged when it comes to a halo without being a blarg. it’s just a shame that i might lose one of my Xbox buddies because 343 doesn’t the elite community.

Do not fret just yet. Once we get some kind of info on the Sangheili, only then will we know when the Elites would be either in or out. Just keep hoping they will stay in matchmaking and don’t give up on hope.
I’m more interested in whether or not Thel 'Vadam will make an appearance in the Reclaimer Trilogy, now that I think about it. He was such a great ally in Halo 3.

I am not entirely sure myself as to whether or not we will see him again in Halo 4. I have my doubts he will, but I do know for sure that he will return eventually. Perhaps later in the Halo 4 story, or in the later Halo games like 5 and 6. He was still a good companion to the master chief when they fought together to end the Covenant-Human War.
