I can’t help but feel that the exclusion of Elites is simply so that 343i can triumph their return to multiplayer in Halo 5 and we all rush out to buy more copies.

What are they making this arum out of wood or metal? The process here seems to be taking rather long. I don’t know how long of a time period there is here to influence 343 before it’s too late.
I am personally a Spartan kind of guy. However, Halo is made up of Spartans and Elites. Screw the rest of the covenant. Not really, but Spartans and Elites are what’s the most important. Although I don’t like being forced into being an elite in Elite Slayer, I still enjoy their presence. Whether you have a friendly dinosaur to ride or to breath fire into your enemies. Or have an enemy dinosaur to climb and slay, I love elites. Halo would not be the same without elites in multiplayer.

I’m disappointed that the Elites won’t be making a return in Halo 4, but who knows what 343i might have in store in the future. It will be cool to see Thel Vadam once more in Spartan Ops.

Yes they won’t be appearing "competitively in multiplayer"

alright, now i feel better about myself. i have to admit now, ive been commenting since page 10, and im going to say it. I, am a Spartan. I dont know why i play as them, i find Elites much cooler, but i think it is because of customization

Me, i am a spartan. Unfortuately, playing reach i have been sitting there going “Why cant i play as an elite? WHYYYY?” For quite awhile…

Yep. Hopefully there’s still some light at the end of the tunnel. lol
I am of both fan bases, and the I loved being able to play as either or in h2 and h3, honeslty I would understand if they made this game spartan heavy, but I really think they would cut out on what has really been one of the key factors, it would be like cutting out Forge

they did cut Firefight, no telling what else they might cut.

Well considerin the fact that Spartan Ops is said to be much more better to make up for removing firefight. Still, now I wonder if they have seen this thread yet…

Probably, given the way everything has slid downhill ever since that Gameinformer.
If H4 is going to be as bad as I think it will be, I’m sitting this trilogy out.
