I’m done playing them both, on Sanctum if you don’t get the temple you lose 90% of the time, and Darkstar is just a garbage map, they are both trash.
Sanctum is especially hard because once one team has temple then the AI bosses will spawn above mid and people would rather go for the boss rather than push to take temple. So often almost the whole team has to push in at once to capture temple since there is no reason for the holders to split their spawns and be at their garage and temple.
I specifically remember there being more maps to Warzone Firefight, I wish they wouldn’t have locked them away for Darkstar of which is a pain if you JUST spawned a tank and the enemies are behind that building in mid where the generators are…

There’s 8 maps for it. If you’re referring to the two Knights, it’s best to either use a Mantis, Wasp (Hannibal) or a power weapon. Use caution in the Mantis though cause their incin cannons will wreck you pretty quickly. Best to just hide, peek out, shoot and then hide again when using it and power weapons like rockets, lasers, etc. work surprising well if you do a team effort with them.

I meant like, you spawned a vehicle like a tank the round before and then the next round your tank is still in good shape but the boss is in that generator nook.

Oh, well there is a small opening that you can shoot into on the right side which can hit them, but it’s not a guarantee since they move around. If it’s not working, sometimes you just gotta bite the bullet and abandon the tank for something else. I’ve had to do that a few times and it sucks, but I wanted to win and keep my scoreboard placing.

Would have been nice if 343 didn’t do that though. I am not one of those people who spent hundreds or even thousands of dollars on req packs. I only have what I’ve opened up from leveling.

I agree, but I think they did that because they only used two Knights so they had make it a little difficult. What they should’ve did was just use four Knights and put them in the home base like they did with one of the round fives on Prospect.
Those maps especially Attack on Sanctum favour red team greatly. 343 should post win rates for red and blue team like they do UNSC and Banished for Halo Wars 2.
I don’t see the problem with Darkstar but I agree with Sanctum.
Worst for me is Arc. Once you hold the garage you have height advantage and direct line of sight on almost all important points in the map. On top of that to even try and take down legendary bosses the team that doesn’t hold it has to first get past the garage without attracting to much attention then also kill the boss directly below enemy air vehicles spawn point. And all the while any enemies you kill will be back within seconds.
And good luck fighting back from an early triple cap. Or late triple cap for that matter as then you have to run the sniper with high ground gauntlet.

Darkstart doesn’t have the base clear req bonus that all the other maps do. It takes a while to get to 2 and 3 reqs.
