Dear 343,
How safe are the cases that came with the Limited Edition of Halo 4? Every time I take my disk of the game out and put it back in, I feel like it is going to snap in half or fringe at the center of the disk (which is almost equally bad) despite how extra -Yoink!- I am about taking it out. If there is any reason this is so and how it helps better than the average case (if it even does), feedback would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
TheNoodler96
hmmm… The eco-box cases broke my Black ops so I understand your concern.
I didn’t really think about it until reading this. Now I’m worried about the long term health of Halo 4!
Do what I do and lay it in the disk holder but not all the way.
just go to best buy and find some disc cases for the game. not those crappy CD cases, like get some DVD cases, that’s what i do.
Was literally supposed to ask this right now. I put mine in my Halo: Reach regular box. Just don’t trust the steel cases. The disc bends before it pops out, so I’m thinking the longevity of the disc will not be good.
It’s a poor design. Put the LE box on the shelf and use a good quality DVD jewel or Amaray case. It’s the first thing I did.
Yup, one of my Collector’s edition discs broke from Mass Effect 2 in the same fashion. I have since learned my lesson, & any games I get that come in cases such as these, go straight into spare dvd cases
I still feel sick when I think about my poor ME2 disc
