I think he was being Sarcastic. Basically saying the MLG sucks…:(.
Those blow hards ruin everything.
Funny thing is MLG could have Halo 5 with 1 perfect symmetrical map that replayed over and over and they still find something wrong.
Saying people ‘complained like little girls’ is unnecessary. On that note, thread seems a bit suspicious, given how the last “Eden Threads” turned out…

I think the catering to the competitive crowd is hindering halo 5 in a pretty big way
what made the original halos so great is that they were an absolute blast even if you sucked at them, and it was the fact that people had so much fun playing it that they felt rewarded more for playing well, this is not the case in H5, I can see my friends picking the game up based on hype just like they always do, putting it in, playing a few games of getting crushed on the boring arena maps, and deciding “well this isn’t really any fun, and blops 3 comes out tomorrow soooooo…”

That’s what Warzone is for. Warzone is the exact opposite of everything Arena stands for: Absolute, unstructured, anything-goes chaos on a large and grand scale. 
Maybe there will be some playlists with weather effects… then, people will camp in doors lol.
