they let us use them one time in reach! I want a game type where we can have online sabre battles ffa,btb,etc it would be epic!
Well, we’ll most likely see space combat in some form in the Campaign and Spartan Ops. Online? I don’t know, that may be a little too much for the Xbox 360, but I wouldn’t know much about that. Hopefully there is.
well they did have 4 player co-op so I think they could handle it

It would be too much to include for Halo 4 to handle. If it was on Halo 5 etc. Then I think it’d be a great idea. 
I don’t think we’ll see the Sabres again. Or space combat at all for that matter. It was a neat little fun mission in Reach, but lets not push it. To quote Dutch: “Uhhh, Lord, I didn’t train to be a pilot.”

Idk, they did say they were pushing the limits, maybe they want to include as much as they can. But personally, I don’t think there is even going to be a space battle in Halo 4. They do go back up into space on the infinity it looks like, but I think that might be one of the last missions. Maybe we’ll be able to use the giant MAC cannon again if they have one or something along those lines. But I don’t really see a space battle for Halo 4…

Oh wait you mean multiplayer. I think it would be a cool idea. not really sure why they couldn’t do it? Its not that hard they were able to incorporate it into Reach so why not.

true. we don’t want to make a sabre battle turn into a Star Wars space battle resemblance.
If Star Wars Battlefront 2 did it, Halo can do it.
If they were to do it, it would probably be Longswords and Seraphs. The Sabre was an experimental project that was lost when Reach fell.
I suspect that the presence of Sabres and space-battles in Halo Reach are more suggestive of Bungies next game rather than Halo. Bungie always tend to test something in a game and then the next game they bring it out in full force, so if you’re counting on space battles then your best bet is Bungies next game.
