Hi, I am the leader of my current Halo Clan, Saber Squadron. I do not plan to go pro or play in any tournaments, but i do like to win. With the heavy emphasis on competitive gameplay and the inclusion of many ranked playlists, winning in team arena, team slayer, and any other ranked team playlist takes good teamwork and players who get along well. The best way to describe this clan is in between causal and competitive- I do NOT like joking around every match, or playing matches “just to play”. I play to win, as winning is fun. This does not mean i won’t play a big team battle match or a warzone match just to mess around- there are times for each, but i could not hate more playing a ranked team arena match and having one player talk about random stuff the whole time- it takes the focus off of winning and is not the reason why i like playing halo. There will be time for fun, joking around matches, but there will also be time for serious, competitive matches. Right now, the clan is extremely small with just a few members, so if you are looking for a huge clan then this might not be for you. I want the clan to be bigger, but it is not there yet. Here are the other requirements/type of people I am looking for:
-Players that TAKE THE INITIATIVE. I cannot stress this enough.The definition of initiative is " the power or opportunity to do something before others do OR the energy and desire that is needed to do something". I have had many players in my clan that once they join, they never message me after that or invite me to play a game- I would message them, invite them, but they would never respond. Please dont waste my time; if you DO NOT WANT to join a clan, why message me?
-Players looking to take leadership roles. I will definitely except people who just want to play halo and who stay active, but i am also looking for people who want to LEAD, Who want to help other players get better, who stay up to date on the clan, and who are just active overall.
-You MUST play once a week. I dont mind if you’re busy and you can only play one game, but this is the best way to keep the clan active. Please dont message me if you only play halo so often. I am looking for players who are frequently on; playing once a week is MINIMUM requirement to stay in the clan.
-Loyal and consistent players. I want people who will stay loyal to this clan. There could be times where the clan will drop to as little as 3 or 4 people, but the loyal ones will stick through the thick and thin until the clan can prosper.
