The high ranking elites & assassinations can be done in about a hour using this method. Took about a hour to get them both without much effort.
You can get the sword kills in custom games. If you have a second controller you’re able to grind it out pretty fast.
Go into forge, delete all the spawn points. Set one respawn point on the map. Save the map.
Enter a custom game with a guest account signed in on a second controller.
Set the kill & time limit to unlimited. Edit the settings so you spawn with a sword & unlimited ammo.
Set the respawn time to 3 seconds (lowest you can make it).
Load in, kill your guest account. Back up slightly from the spawn point so the spawn isn’t blocked. Rinse & repeat until it’s done.
For the Caesar Salad challenge I was killing the first 6 enemies at the start of the mission Nightfall (one Elite and five sleeping Grunts). It didn’t take very long. There may be a faster way but this was pretty reliable and all I could think of at the time.
For the high ranking Elites I just did the old target designator trick on the mission ONI Sword Base with the Thunderstorm skull activated (after some earlier research I concluded this isn’t necessary, but do it just in case). My checkpoint was literally as the missiles rained down and I was getting 3 Elites each time. This took hardly any time at all since the checkpoint was perfect and after the first missile fell I was able to reload the last checkpoint.

You can do that one even easier. Stay in forge, instant respawn, delete all but 1 respawn point and whack your split screen buddy. 1 sword kill and assassination per second.
For the elites I’d use the method from the post above this one. If the checkpoint is timed right (you can melee to prolong the checkpoint save) it’s 1-3 kills every 1-2 seconds.
