EU players were excluded from that promotion.

well why if 343 are loyal to thier fans then why arnt uk getting this and right now im dissapointedd with most of the glitches like first map packs delayed now map packs are free and m dissapointed in all the people exploiting this.

No, we don’t. They won’t tell us until they know. The earliest I would expect it would be when they add the CSR early next year.
