I think it would be awesome if you could have one of the crew from RVB be your spartans voice in MP and Spartan Ops. I think it would be hilarious. I would like either Caboose or Wash as an option.

RvB season 9 episode 20 begs to differ, if you know what I mean.
While it may be cool, I don’t think voices will be returning for halo 4. There has been no mention of it, and no proof of it has been seen in images/videos of the customization options(not even locked options, like that of visor color). I believe every spartan 4 will have either generic male voice, or generic female voice.
I can just imagine it now, four Spartan IVs doing Spartan Ops and all of them have Caboose voices.
With how closely these two organizations have been working, I think that some sort of cameo is a given at this point. Expect to see/hear them

second. we really need the rvb voices. that way. everyone will know. to watch out for those DARN DIRTY BLUES
I would have to probably go with Church. Just because I want to hear what he says when I get a sniper spree. Or even a sniper kill. I would love if rooster teeth voices were in corners of campaign or even if actual charachters were voiced by the cast and they would say stuff normal but if theres a IWHBYD skull it turns campaign into a full on rvb comedy.
