So tank your MMR so you can farm noobs for clips like he does

This is a great way to tell someone you’ve never effectively used a wasp before without strictly saying that.
It’s not impossible but it is very difficult, I have only gotten it a hand full of times and have been a long-time player of the franchise. I haven’t gotten it in Halo Infininent yet, but I know its not only for cheaters.

Running Riot is not that hard of a medal to obtain if your luck and skill stack up the right way.
30 kills without dying is a feat to obtain, not going to lie, but if you can get a Killing Frenzy, you are already on your way up.
Did you happen to get killed by a shock rifle yesterday during a Total Control match on Highpower? Hydra? Commando? Sentinel Beam? Needler?
If so, sorry. I was getting a running riot. The trick is, stay far back (A good TV/monitor also helps). Then, get weapons that kill fast like a Needler or Hydra. And lastly, don’t die. I got really close a couple of times after my shields dropped, you should only take on each enemy one at a time, and hopefully have teammates to help. It definitely is possible, you just need to get lucky.

It is possible, but you have to have a messed up MMR.
You should never get a running riot when you’re evenly matched.
However, if you’re playing tactical slayer than cheaters are rampant in that.

I’m assuming you have a little brother that plays on your account so that you lose 50 games so that you play against people dumb enough to let you get that many kills. Here’s the deal, I’ve never played a single game of Halo Infinite where someone dominated me to that degree because…
I’m not an idiot and my teammates are forced to also not be idiots by virtue of skill-based matchmaking.
TLDR: How? You’d have to slip through the cracks of skill-based matchmaking.

Actually, mostly luck is all you need. I play on my account and always try to do well. I was completely surprised when I got running riot using normal weapons. A SPNKR could easily do it.
So the reality is that it is impossible unless SBMM ***** up. Highest I’ve ever gotten was a frenzy and the result was an utter domination of the other team which is a once in a blue moon occurance. My skill doesn’t change. My teammates and enemies change.
