Picture a mantis that was less effective, but could sprint and even jump. Many people will disagree and say thats not the type of vehicle the mantis is, so why not make a new one? The promeathean’s only have one vehicle and thats pretty lame. Picture either a promethean or Covenant take on the mantis. It would be much faster, weaker guns, and add a melee weapon like a sword. The design on a vehicle like this would look totally dope and match the races style.
ALSO
I know the covent have the sword and hammer for close range, but a plasma, or needle shotgun would be super cool since they’ve never had a cubby SG.
(Would of been a way better gun then the plasma caster) ;/
Prometheans don’t need a vehicle like that because they have Knights and a healthy ground force. The UNSC would likely view the sprinting and etc. to be impractical and a gross miss-allocation of valuable resources.
