I believe there will. 343 didnt start the “Forerunner Saga” for nothing. All of this leads up to Halo 4.
I kinda have a feeling that YES, somewhere in the next trilogy we will see the Forerunners…

The “Forerunner Saga” was made to fill in the gaps about Forerunner’s and their history. But I agree that all these events will lead up to Halo 4.
Actual Forerunners? Doubtful. Forerunner technology and the legacies they left behind? Definitely.
The Forerunners are the basis for the Halo universe, are they not? How could 343 create three more games that don’t unravel the mystery–the only mystery really–of Halo.

Medicant Bias tells the Chief in no uncertain terms that he will send us to his masters, the Forerunners, at the end of Halo 3. It is in fact the entire reason we have Halo4, so I say its a safe bet that we’ll see them in person.
Not entirely sure about the forerunners themselves, but their structures sure will be.
