They said when the same weekend playlist get voted for week after week they would consider making it permanent and you guys vote for Rumble Rockets this weekend instead of doubles?

Yeah, me and one friend of mine voted for Doubles but it seems the community preferred Rumble Rockets. Sorry man.
I voted for something different, Team Doubles will eventually become a permanent playlist. I wanna play something different.
While I voted for Doubles, I’m all for having more variety on the weekends. I’ve played Doubles and would play it again but I’ll also play Rockets. Variety is the spice of life.
Rather have rumble rockets, team doubles is just another boring slayer mode which we really don;t need right now. While rumble rockets is also slayer, its alot more fun, since you know, everyone has rockets!
Maybe we don’t have friends to play with 24/7 for doubles and just want to have fun? Screw you

We aren’t what wrong with the community. What’s wrong are people like you yelling at us for not voting for a gametype we hate. I’m never going to vote for doubles no matter what anyone says because I am not a fan of it. Sorry you missed your chance at seeing it become a permanent playlist but I have a free will and I’d like to use it.
Oh and they didn’t say if the option won week after week, they said it’d be based on population of the playlist.

way to Generalize a whole bunch of people because your getting upset over one thing. Devs said the Doubles playlist is becoming a perm playlist.
Doubles was full of unranked mlg tryhards but it’s still better than rumble f*cking rockets.
Doubles isn’t really accessible to the masses, joining as a random is a death sentence. People want to have fun, rumble rockets is more fun than doubles.

Woah, it’s like they implemented a democratic system where the Halo 5 community gets to vote for what they want. You happen to be in the minority of this vote. I voted for rumble rockets because this sounds more entertaining to play 10 times rather then a crouch and camp low intensity fest.

Basically this, plus rumble rockets actually plays different. Whereas doubles is simply more team slayer…we already have a ton of AR/pistol/BR slayer modes in this game. If they had put in oddball or KOTH or a mode that is actually something good, I would have voted for that. But those modes should already be part of team arena…this shouldn’t even be a thing.

I’m sorry everyone. I was upset … it’s not your fault the people at 343 are retarded and didn’t make doubles a permanent playlist in the first place.
While I voted for rocks just to get the commendation faster, I also believe doubles should be added. 1v1 would also be a decent game type to add for the soloists like me.
When I played doubles the last time it was available on a weekend playlist, my partner would either leave or go on a betrayal or suicide spree. I just want to have it mixed up and not have to constantly deal with that.
I only wish they would do rocket race!

Doubles is much funner going in with a friend, the argument “not everyone always has a friend on for doubles” is dumb as I don’t always have 3 friends on for team arena and have to go in and get quitters on my team constantly. Not much of a difference if you ask me.
