I kinda hate it when I’m in RP and I end up playing against people who team up. The entire point of rumble pit is FFA. Sometimes its kinda fun cause if you do top them then you can feel even more victorius, but often it ruins the spirit of the playlist.
Thus, I propose that we put an embargo on parties of more than one going into RP.
Some of you may say this could alienate some payers and/or you kinda like the challenge, thus I propose the creation of a new playlist or two:
MOSH PIT: Essentially Rumble Pit but parties of 1-4 are allowed
DUO PIT: Remember when Multi-Team used to have two man teams? This would essentially be Rumble Pit for people who bring someone else along. Parties of 1-2 (or exclusively 2) allowed.
MOSH MIXUP: Parties of 2-3 allowed. You would be paired up with other parites of the same number unless no match can be found, thus parties of 3 play parties of 3 and parties of 2 play parties of 2 (In an extreme case where these is no perfect match it’ll pull three parties of two and two parties of three and make an odd one out on each of the parties of three team up with the other odd one out) Team games or FFA games will appear in this playlist.
Should a party attempt to enter the rumble pit, they will receive a notification saying “You’re party is too large for this playlist. You will be transferred to XXXXX alternate playist instead. (Press “A” to continue; Press “B” to back out)” (or something along those lines)
This would make both people who like to play against poor odds and people who like even footing happy. And for peeps who don’t swing either way, they can just pick whatever.
