No. There will be Infinity Rumble and Majestic DLC FFA. One will require the DLC and one won’t. I’ll let you guess which one is which.
I don’t believe so. The way I understand it, the Majestic DLC will have two playlists which you will need the DLC. One of these will be a FFA playlist. As well as those two playlists, there will be a regular FFA playlist. Regicide will be combined with this playlist.

No Infinity Rumble will be a gametype in the FFA Majestic DLC playlist.
Yes, FFA playlist is DLC required.
