Rules for ranks…
Branch Leader; IDOS, CPT, CAPT:
All Branch Leaders must always be a strong disciplining officer, you must always write down new member’s names or members who have left with their rank and report it to the Council every Friday in the meeting. They must sort out their own training sessions. Take note of who shows up how many times so then you can see who has enough training sessions to participate in a raid. You cannot Demote or have a severe punishment without the General or Council know and they will either agree or disagree that if they should be punished. You must report everything to the General and the General will take everything to the Council. You have the highest authority of your branch and only you can command your own branch not any other. Is allowed to vote.
General:
The General commands all branches and You must be the strongest disciplining Member. You must make sure that No members’ steps out of line and always following orders. If a Branch Leader requests a punishment or anything to do with their branch that they might want better or to change that must be reported to you and then to the Council were the vote will be done. You have highest authority out of all the branches. All members below your rank must follow your orders which include the Branch Leaders too. You must keep note of all the members in every branch and their ranks and what division they are in. You must keep track of who and what member has been doing; if they have been doing good or not. You must attend a Training session for each Branch to see if they are doing their full potential. Then at the end you must take note of how the Branch Leader is doing; what could be done better and if anything could of been changed. Is allowed to vote. Commands all Members in Raids/battles.
Secretary Of Defense:
The Secretary Of Defense (SOD) keeps control of all Hostile Battles and threats towards the Clan. They must not declare wars with other clans but only defend their own clan. If there is a Threat towards the clan they must tell the council in the meeting that they have got a threat and they will tell the General to tell the branch leaders to get ready for War/Battles/Raids. They must keep Track of how many threats the clan has. You have a vote in the council whenever we do a vote. Cannot participate in raids/wars/battles unless there are no more members to attack and only allowed to if it is a defensive raid/battle but will not be able to command.
Foreign Affairs Officer:
The Foreign Affairs Officer (FAO) Controls the Alliances in the clan; whenever we have an alliance meeting they must go to it and note down what is happening; if the alliance have any hostile clans. Then you will report it to the Council and they will tell the Secretary Of Defense in case they start war against us. You are allowed to start wars only from the councils consent. You must keep track of all our Alliances; with their presidents and vice presidents name. You need to keep track of who their hostiles are and if there are any wars going on with them. You must also turn up to the Community meeting every Friday and say what have been happening; how many members they got and how many you own clan has got, then you will need to add them all together and keep note of them all. Is allowed to vote. Cannot participate in raids/wars/battles unless there are no more members to attack and only allowed to if it is a defensive raid/battle but will not be able to command.
Drill sergeant:
A Drill Sergeant (DSGT) will command all training sessions and keep track of how the members are doing. They have the final say in training sessions. They have higher authority than the Branch Leader in the training sessions. The DSGT must always report to the council about how the members are doing in training; if they ever step out of line to change that. They cannot demote but they can probate a member of the training session away from that training session if needed. They are allowed to discipline how ever they want in training sessions and if they do they must have a good enough reason why they did. They must report to every Meeting to say how they have done, if they probated someone away from training session or if they needed to discipline the member. They must note who comes to training sessions, (a list of members will be given) and you must write how many times they have shown. Is allowed to vote. Cannot participate in raids/wars/battles unless there are no more members to attack and only allowed to if it is a defensive raid/battle unless there are no more members to attack and only allowed to if it is a defensive raid/battle but will not be able to command.
Recruiting Officer:
The Recruiting Officer (RCTO) must have every members name down on a list with what branch they are in. The RCTO must give a report of how many members have either joined or lost. The RCTO is allowed to vote in meetings. Cannot discipline or punish members unless told otherwise. Cannot participate in raids/wars/battles unless there are no more members to attack and only allowed to if it is a defensive raid/battle but will not be able to command.
Chief Adviser:
The Chief Adviser is there to help out the President and to advise the President what they must do if they would want to. Is allowed to vote in meetings. Cannot discipline or punish members unless told otherwise. Cannot participate in raids/wars/battles unless there are no more members to attack and only allowed to if it is a defensive raid/battle but will not be able to command.
Member of Council
A member of council is allowed to have a vote and allowed to bring up a subject in a meeting if anything needs changing/improving/something new. Cannot discipline or punish members unless told otherwise. Cannot participate in raids/wars/battles unless there are no more members to attack and only allowed to if it is a defensive raid/battle but will not be able to command.
