Where was Rtas 'Vadum? The shipmaster in Halo 2 and 3, and the most badass elite (other than Arbiter), surely the Arbiter would have made him join the swords of Sanhelios? I miss him

Don’t even question it^ He managed to take down an entire cruiser back in two, and took on the parasite, plus, he was the shipmaster for arbiter on the Shadow of Intent, and at the end of 3 they went back to Sanhelios to check on the homeworld, so, why didn’t we see him there.
He’s a Covenant Separatist (Sword of Sanghelios), along with Thel 'Vadam (the Arbiter). Due to his involvement during the Great Schism, he’s likely a Zealot or Commander of some kind.
