While pretty much everyone wants to see the Arbiter return in Halo 5 who else wants to see Rtas come back as well? I loved his character.

And actual status on Rtas 'Vadum…
Unknown… After the events of Halo 3, the Arbiter and Rip-Jaw are yearning to see their homeworld, Sanghelios, again…
He is probably alive assisting the Arbiter with Sangheili delegations, and the defence of Vadam. He lives on Sanghelios, in the state of Vadum.
His position should be the Sangheili equivalent of Palmer. And I mean that in the best way possible.
If we get canonical multiplayer Elites he and Palmer should be co-commanders of what ever fighting force our Spartans and Elites will be working together in. He can be Commander Half-Jaw!
It’d probably be good for Palmer’s character to have someone else in an equal position to her who wont be scared or reluctant to tell her when she’s wrong and Rtas could fill that role in a very interesting way.
I’d love to see these two bicker like an old married couple but maybe that’s just me. And if they ever get the chance I’d love to see them have a 1v1 in Wargames.
Oh and if we get Needle pistols in Halo 5 I demand that Rtas have his own pair of duel insta-kill pistols to match Palmer’s.
Would love to see the return of Rtas, he had some great quotes from Halo 2 & 3.

That would be pretty sweet actually.
Half-Jaw is definitely one of the coolest characters ever introduced in Halo, and is too important to never be heard of again.
So yes, I would love to see his return!

Kind of odd such a popular character has only made three appearances (Halo 2, The Last Voyage of the Infinite Succor, and Halo 3) and isn’t even mentioned outside said appearances. We haven’t seen him in seven (yes I know…seven…) years.

I would also like to see Rtas and Thel in the next halo but also maybe another new and great elite, there’s not many elites with a “big role” presides arbiter and Rtas.
