Royal2 ban because of cheating!?

So, if anyone follows competitive halo, how do you feel about this? Good, bad? My opinion:

Anything done to gain an advantage over other teams should be considered cheating…sure, it really only benefited royal2 but how did it affect all the teams they played? My understanding is it made the games slightly laggy and their ping was up so I agree with the decision…if games are going to be the next big sport and that’s where things are headed, then there’s should be enforceable rules for it.

Secondly, Formal replacing royal2 for this event is a little reminiscent of Kevin Durant going to golden state warriors…the dude is a console fps legend…nothing but respect but a tad shady to bail on ssg.

He was using geofiltering for better matches. He deserves it without question, especially since that had a domino effect on the match quality of other teams.

Yea, I’m with you…I’ve seen some people talk about oh, it happens all the time in COD…still doesn’t make it right. Was the right decision if you ask me.
