Rotational Playlists: Love or Hate?

I was just wondering what everybody thinks about the whole Rotating Playlists thing. Do you love having something new every week that encourages people to get out of their usual playlists and try something different, or do you hate the fact that your limited to what you can play and when, especially since the playlists that rotate are usually the best most popular gametypes. Personally i hate it and find it to be annoying that im limited to the usual playlists and don’t have many options.

What about you guys?

I don’t understand why they can’t just keep them all. Someone said they’re doing to decide what to keep and what not to keep, but why not keep it all? A variety of playlist is always good.

I like it.

But, I hope that in the coming months they make permanent the ones that were the most popular, ex. Team Snipers.

I think it’s fine. I think it’s not only a way to keep things surprising, thus interesting, but to see what playlists they should finalize.

I’m sure people want a permanent team snipes. I want a permanent grifball. Seems like they are going to keep swat forever…

Sorry to say but you would like anything 343 does.

As far as rotational playlists, they play a huge role in the drastic population drop.

There’s nothing wrong with rotational playlists if they do it right. Halo 3 had the right idea they had double XP weekends and every weekend was a different playlist, so even if you didn’t like that weekend’s playlist there was still good reason to play it.
