Really fantastic idea 343i. Get x amount of kills with x weapon sounds easy oh no wait first you have to go searching like a treasure hunt to find the weapon. That’s of course if it’s even on the map. Then seen as everybody seems to have they exact same challenges you have multiple players camping the weapon spawn. It literally forces you to not play the game until you have the right weapon in hand. Please sort this out.

Yeah, I have to agree. I mean, I’m getting a feel for what I could find places, but it’s still frustrating to go “oh, I can get a Disruptors pistol there to stop that vehicle. Oh wait, it’s a mangler now. Nevermind…”
Also, random weapon pod drops in BTB needs to go. Save that for a special mode like heavies or something.
What I can’t figure out is, how did they decide this should even be a thing.
All I can think is, they really really really wanted players to have a reason to use their scan for nearby objects ability. I’m sure the dev who built it is really proud of it, but its PvP. its not supposed to be a treasure hunt.
