About 95% of the armory is unlocked at total random by opening Silver and Gold REQ Packs. About the only thing that isn’t obtained that way is the Ice/Fire Assault Rifle skins, the Challenger Armor, Achilles Armor, and so on. A couple helmets, some more weapon skins…
