Is it me or does the rockets fired from the normal rocket launcher feel delayed, what i’m saying is from the moment u pull the trigger to it firing and blowing up it feel extremely delayed. Does anyone else get this feeling or just me?

I don’t mean it been delayed as in it’s travel speed i mean from when u pull the trigger too it actually leaving the barrel. and when it explodes the damage feels delayed as well.

The Rockets also have the worst blast radius out of all the Halo games.

That’s because it’s not the same RL from the other games. Unfortunately, that’s how they designed the weapon.
