Rocket Slayer and Perfection [18-0]

I joined my first match of the new weekend Rocket slayer gametype to try it out and perfect the Rocket launcher. It started out fairly normal. I went out and made my stand. I didn’t realize how well things were going until I got my killing frenzy. From there things calmed down a bit but I kept trekking. I moved around, shot and then kept moving. Only occasionally laying down what could only best be described as suppressive fire. I got into a few hair situations but managed to claw my way out. I owe this perfection to three things: 1. I’m not bad at the game. I’m not great, this is my first perfection in Halo 5, but I’m not bad. 2. The other team wasn’t the best. 3. Luck. Oh my god did I have luck on my side. I rarely ran into the enemy head on. I guess the routes I ran were perfect for flanking them. I was blessed that I moved in a way that they never spawned behind me. I feel luck was the predominant factor in this endeavour. But it was one hell of a thrill ride. That’s for sure. I just never figured I’d get it with everyone having rockets…

Also… I do plan on creating a recruitment forum. But simply because the Achilles armor is such a pain to unlock. Does anyone want to join my company? We focus primarily on Warzone; however we do enjoy a fair share of Arena (BTB and Breakout mainly), and I love to forge and want to make machinimas. Thanks for the sarcasm. I just enjoyed the game. Also thanks for reading. Point 1 was saying I’m not pro level. Point 2 was saying They weren’t that great. And Point 3 stated it was mainly luck. But you’re welcome :slight_smile:

Achilles Armor Company still has a few openings as well if you want to join the grind for Achilles.
