Will the rocket magnum be its own weapon or a magnum add on?

Don’t care. As long as they give me my grenade launcher, I’ll be fine. If they try to replace it with this, then I will be a very sad panda.

Its probably a weapon. The ammo is speculated to be the silencer like thing loaded at the tip of the gun.
Maybe it will be a power weapon pickup?

It is not gonna be a CoD game… You wanna know why? The Box art says: ‘‘HALO 4’’ and there is a certain person on that cover, and he’s name is NOT Mason or Soap.

Wrapping poop up in a candy wrapper doesn’t make it chocolate, even if it says chocolate on the cover.
It doesn’t look like the magnum, more like a magnum/SMG mess-up. It will be a new weapon.

Crysis 2 added attachments to the sandbox… Is that a CoD game? Nope
Battlefield also has attachments… is THAT a CoD series too? No.
So just because attachments are in a game, it doesn’t make it a CoD game.
It does not get any simpler.

I never said it was. You are putting words into my mouth. I like arena shooters. I don’t like tactical class-based shooters. All of those games you listed are tactical class-based shooters. So changing an arena shooter into a tactical class-based shooter doesn’t work for me.
Also, I found it funny how you said it can’t be a COD game because the person on the cover isn’t Mason or Soap. Wow. Just wow.
It’s definitely a separate weapon and not an attachment. I mean, compare the looks of the Unidentified Explosive Weapon to the M6G Magnum. They’re extremely different.
It’s it’s own weapon, it looks nothing like the Pistol.
I guess nothing is official, but the weapon in the release trailer looks nothing like the magnum we have seen. I doubt 343i would but a grenade attachment on the pistol. That just sounds ridiculous.
